« I primarily booked this property for the high marks it received on cleanliness and it didn’t disappoint in the least. The only problem was the key to the sliding door is difficult to lock. It seems like it doesn’t catch and hold like it should. The ocean view was superb with the rhythmic cadence of lapping waves. It’s in an excellent quiet location within walking distance of 2 of Sint Maarten’s finest beaches including the World Famous Maho Beach. »

It was clean, the balcony large, the location by the airport and Maho Beach was perfect for us, and the nearby grocery store and restaurants was convenient. The view of the airport and beach was stunning. Our communication with the owner was well received-they responded promptly and courteously. I highly recommend this stay. »

Excellent location with easy access to everything. Please be aware that the apartment is next to a restaurant with an active music with a very laud speakers and subwoofers, so it can get very noisy started afternoon and during the evening hours. »
