„The apartment was lovely, once we found it. We were fortunate to find a friendly gentleman who called the owner for clarification as to the location of our apartment. Be aware that parking is not nearby and so a few trips with luggage may be in order. The space was sufficient and close to the beach to watch the sunrise. The pool was very nice. There were not face wash cloths that we could find, so maybe bring a few with you. Overall it was a nice apartment and was adequate for our needs.“

„This was a great place. It was clean, well located, and right on the beach. The beach was easy to access, the neighbors were quiet and respectful. We used the beach chairs that were there in the apartment. Plus, we were able to watch the fireworks in Marigot. Americans & Canadians - don’t forget your Euro plug power adapters. We would highly recommend this place and would stay there again. “

„Christian was a wonderful host, very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. „The place was clean and ready when we arrived. If you are American be prepared for the stove and countertop to operate by French rules- totally fine. Also, the only en-suite bedroom is the one on the first level. I wasn't sure about that until we got there. You'll have to leave the bedroom to access the bathrooms. „The condo exceeded our expectations! It was much more spacious than we expected and very clean. The kitchen had all the necessary supplies, including coffee filters, paper towels, and dishwashing and dishwasher detergent. The washing machine and dryer were very helpful, and laundry detergent was supplied. The view of the ocean was beautiful! Access to the Marriott facilities was a bonus, especially for our adult children. We're already thinking about a return trip next year!“

„We’ve stayed in 3 different places in St Martin. We would stay in this location again. This definitely is as beautiful as described. This has a central location making it easy to drive anywhere from Grand Case to Phillipsburg. Parking can be an issue on the island, but it was so nice here to have a gated parking spot right by our apt making it safe and easy to come and go. „Das Guesthouse ist ideal für ältere Leute, die sich entspannen wollen. Man fühlt sich willkommen und wie zu Hause. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist wunderbar. Alles ist sauber und traditionell eingerichtet. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind ganz in der Nähe. Gleich nebenan ist der Flugplatz, ideal für Fliegerfans, manchmal sehr laut. Es hat keinen Pool, kein TV, aber sehr gute Internetverbindung. Wir werden wieder kommen.“

„What a beautiful property to stay at. The view is absolutely incredible. You are right on the water. Deck is a great size and about 8 feet above the sand so when people walk by they are mostly out of sight. It also faces North so you can be on it all day in the shade without overheating.All the rooms are very good size, lots of space. "On-site, there are many and high additional costs, some of which are not understandable. 150 euros for kitchen utensils per week, for example... The food on-site is very expensive and of average quality. The staff is mostly not very helpful and complains about having too much work in front of the guests. The hotel does not have a beach! We spent an extended period on the island (both sides) - this hotel was by far the worst experience. The cockroach in the bathroom was still "manageable" but unexpected in a relatively expensive hotel. Room cleaning only on request."

"L’endroit est très beau! Ça manque clairement de services pour un 4 étoiles! Pas de « service du linge » par exemple! Certes il y a une buanderie gratuite a disposition mais il y a qu’une machine pour tout l’hôtel! Déjà qu’il faille faire sa lessive, il faut en plus avoir la chance que la machine soit libre! Le petit déjeuner est très bon mais cher! C’est à la carte, moi qui suis un petit mangeur j’en ai eu tous les matins pour 31.50 pour une personne. Un matin j’ai par contre attendu 35 minutes pour être servi alors que j’avais précisé que j’étais pressé! À la réception ils ne connaissent pas les horaires du petit déjeuner! Une fois on me dit qu’il commence à 7h alors qu’il commence à 7h30 une fois on me dit qu’il termine à 9h alors qu’il termine à 10h30! L’ensemble est bien, mais les détails au vue des étoiles et du rating, je trouve qu’il y a du potentiel d’amélioration! "

"Sehr saubere Anlage in Strandnähe. Moderne Einrichtung, gute Schallisolierung. Ab und zu fällt auf der Insel immer mal wieder der astrom aus, aber Notstrom schaltet sich schnell ein. Frühstück recht einfach, wenig Auswahl aber Qualität gut. Sehr nette Bar-Belegschaft. Liegt direkt in der Nähe der "Hauptstrasse" mit vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten."

"Struttura splendida, camera molto bella con vista mare mozzafiato, ben arredata, letto comodissimo, reception, ristorante e bar molto belli e arredati con cura….ma troppo caro per il servizio offerto. Nel prezzo ci starebbe senza problemi una colazione e una bottiglia acqua in camera al giorno. Le capsule caffè da supermercato (compatibili con macchina Nespresso messa a disposizione) a 3€/una in camera onestamente è inappropriato…anche quelle ci stavano nel prezzo della camera (oltre 400€/notte). Pulizia camera lascia a desiderare….viene effettuata sommariamente (zone angoli vicino finestra balcone piena di sabbia, cambio lenzuola mai effettuato in 4 notti). Le amenities sono lacunose; no cotton fioc, dischetti ovatta, lima unghie, sewing kit, pantofole…insomma i classici set che ci si aspetta in un albergo/resort a quel prezzo. Accappatoi e asciugamani lisi/rotti…insomma, datati. Nel WC vi sono belle decorazioni, tra cui un diffusore ambiente con bastoncini completamente prosciugato quindi non emana nessun odore… La TV offre solo 6 canali di cui 5 sportivi. Ricapitolando, ci sarebbe molto agio di miglioramento, inclusa la gentilezza della titolare e insonorizzazione della porta d’ingresso stanza vicina alla reception, in quanto alla mattina il via vai delle persone creava disturbo. "
