« Roami is a very modern and unique property in downtown St. Paul. However, there’s NO front desk clerk or human being to assist - everything is on-line, which is not communicated effectively in the description on Expedia. Clearly, the Roami sent me messages via Expedia email only to open up the message link to an error page. « I was not pleased with the additional cost ($50.00) from this hotel above the price of Expedia. there is a small lot behind the hotel to park while checking in, no signage of how to get there so you have to park in a garage $10.00 then the hotel charged additional $29.00 to park overnight. later i found that the hospital one block away only charges $5.00 for the blue parking ramp. with the additional charges added, this was not a good deal. »

« The woman that was there to check me in was rude and unpleasant. However the rest of the staff, including the valet drivers, were nice. The room was okay (although for a river view room, the river was not visible). I wish the room had bottled water and/or snacks (in addition to having them available in the sundry). Great location, good price, nothing fancy. »
