« We enjoyed our stay in the house. It is even cuter and more comfortable than the photos can capture. The house fit all of our group comfortably and was stocked with all the basics plus a few nice extras. The location was quiet and worked well as a hub for day trips around the area. »

« Here for an annual heavenly birthday celebration. Great accommodations, very well equipped kitchen and attention to detail around every corner. Although the weather was uncooperative and we were unable to enjoy the outdoors, the indoor offerings more than made up for it. No unexpected surprises, everything was as described. « Overall, things were very nice. A couple of things that would make things better: the beds are past their useable life. Everyone struggled to get comfortable and when they did, woke up with back pain. The rugs slid very easily, should have backings to keep them from sliding. »

« The property was exactly as described in the listing, immaculately clean, quite comfortable, and perfect for my needs. It was a place for me and a friend to stay over the Easter weekend, but would be an ideal setting for a family gathering, hunting camp, or just a pleasant getaway from busy city life. I would definitely stay here again, and probably will, as my brother lives only 10 minutes away. »

« From communication to cleanliness to convenience the House on Grand has it all. Familiar with the area, they still offered suggestions we didn’t think of. The kitchen and bathrooms make you feel like you are at home with no detail overlooked. Each room offers a little slice of Western Pennsylvania to include the peaceful front porch. Visiting the area yearly, we have found our home away from home. »

« We arrived for a 2 day bike trip on the Allegheny Trail. Unfortunately, the weather chose not to cooperate. The house was so clean and would be perfect for anyone who wants to bike the trail.We left a day early because the severe rain, there was no chance of biking. We are hoping to be back to bike in the near future. »

« Me, my wife, her sister and brother-in-law spent Fri and Sat nights here. The cabin was nice and well kept. It rained all day Sat, we stayed inside most of the day. We ventured out to check out the dock and platform right on the Clarion River. There was plenty to do inside the cabin, we watched a movie and worked a puzzle. Brian checked in on us and gave us directions to a couple of restaurants and breweries. We had a great time and would come again. »

« This was a gem! We booked it last minute for the eclipse. I did not expect an entire apartment for the price I paid! 10/10 great room, comfy bed (that's a lot coming from an insomniac) kid and parent approved breakfast, nice communal space and well Located. « The staff was pleasant and friendly but the hotel was not up to par. Room was clean but needed TLC , the floors were nice with vinyl hardwood so that was a plus( I don’t like carpet in hotels!), most areas were in process of some type of either demolition or construction ( really couldn’t tell) it was non smoking but smelled of smoke in the halls, which wafted into our room. The entry’s were not locked so anyone could walk around. No hair dryer, there was a coffee pot but no coffee and supplies,...
