« The room was dark and depressing and the second bedroom looked like a low rent apartment in Los Angeles. There was one, unremarkable restaurant at the hotel and no room service. Breakfast entailed walking across the property to a deli/mini mart that was akin to airport food (mostly grab and go). « We were so fortunate to have found this beautiful timeshare at the Ritz-Carlton Club Residence. We stayed in a 3 bedroom/ 3 1/2 bath residence that was very clean and most importantly it was a much welcomed air conditioned place. The pools were so nice and clean and right outside our place. « We had a great stay on this property. Check-in and check out were smooth. The unit was clean and spacious and had everything we needed - beach towels, washer/dryer, plates, pots, etc. We cooked some of our meals so, it was helpful to have what we’d need for that. The unit has a great view from both balconies (!) and the proximity to the beach was a major plus. Brandon was also really helpful and answered all of our questions very promptly. Not very easy to walk elsewhere if you want to explore...

« Great place for families to stay. We enjoyed the beach and pool as well as activities the hotel put on. We took a mixology class, had mimosas and muffins, and took a few water aerobics classes. Getting to other two hotels for dinner (for a little variety) was easy. It was also very convenient having VI Cat on sight for sunset cruise. »
