« Check in was a little strange - house is left open with keys on the counter. No check out instructions that I could find. Other than that the stay was great. The final part of the road to the VRBO is very rough - I wouldn’t suggest driving it in a car. »

« This was the perfect VRBO rental. The host Lena and Bob where there for us with any questions we had prior and during the trip. They made me feel so comfortable with understanding what to expect as well as greeting us with supplies that made me feel like I was walking into my own home. « The description and images of this place just doesn't capture how perfect it is. To start, the driveway is a little daunting, but you don't need a masters degree to get up and down it in your vehicle. When we would call a cab, we just met them at the top of the driveway. The house itself is impeccable. There is at least one full bathroom in each bedroom, and a guest bathroom in the living room area. « Everything about this Villa was perfect. We vacationed with 5 other couples and had more than enough space. The views were spectacular especially during sunrise and sunset. The entire team was extremely attentive from Carrie to Pam and gave great suggestions to help make this a very special birthday trip. Warren and Hector were godsends. « This place is nothing short of a dream. The house is spacious, modern and has incredible views. We have a one year old son and the house was perfect for him. The pool was great and the location is excellent right near the best beach on the island, Magens bay. We spent the majority of our time at the house and cooked most nights. The hosts were attentive and facilitated all of our needs. We will try to stay here again the next time we are on island. »

« We took on the task of attempting to plan the "Ultimate Ladies Trip" for a group of 13. To support our vision, we needed one of the best villas on St. Thomas and we hit a homerun in choosing Casa De Petrus!!! The villa was considered the highlight of our trip.
