« This is a lovely property connected to the Hotel Antico Vicenza. Spacious, clean, steps from the Pallazo, great shopping and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are just delightful and really go out of their way to be helpful. We were traveling with small children and the apartment was easily childproofed, building and courtyard safe and elevator modern and in working order. »

« The host was very communicative and addressed our needs throughout very well. Overall we were comfortable when windows were open at night for a nice breeze. It was a private basement apartment which took us a bit by surprise as there is no view but it was more than compensated by the view outside and the meticulous garden and private patio. There was good TV service selection and the place was very clean and spacious. »

« Our stay was so great. We loved the place, the location and our hose was fantastic. He was very helpful with the check in process and also recommended some fabulous places to eat that we would never have found on our own. "Nous ne sommes pas satisfaits par les conditions de notre sĂ©jour. Il y a eu une fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain de la chambre la premiĂšre nuit. Nous avons dĂ» mettre des serviettes par terre pour pas que l'eau se propage et un verre rempli d'eau en dessous. Odeur d'humiditĂ© dĂ©sagrĂ©able. Risque de glisser en sortant de la douche ou en allant aux toilettes. La responsable de l'hĂŽtel a fait venir un technicien pour le dĂ©gĂąt des eaux mais quand nous sommes revenus, il y avait juste de la peinture au niveau de la fuite. Pour nous c'Ă©tait pas la solution d'ailleurs quand nous sommes rentrĂ©s hier soir, nous avons pris une douche et la fuite est revenue. Ci-joint les photos et vidĂ©os. Nous souhaitons ĂȘtre remboursĂ©s pour les deux nuits parce qu'on nous a pas changĂ© de chambre malgrĂ© la fuite."
