« The property was not entirely up to standards. The floor was wavy with a soft spot leading from the living area to the bedroom. Ceilings are low. There was a slight musty smell. I suspect a history of water damage. The couch is very small. The dock was not usable, even though lake was at summer pool. Half of the dock was on shore. The grass hadn’t been mowed in quite some time when we arrived Thursday evening. It did get mowed at some point Friday while we were out. A lot of construction...

« Property is even better in person. First walked into the house and it smelled nice and clean. Feels like you're underneath a rainforest canopy. We enjoyed sitting in the screened-in back porch especially at night when it's cooler and you can hear the relaxing sound of the creek running. It has a wonderful path down to the creek, with a garden. Because of the location, we did run into a snake just once on the pathway down to the creek and there could be animals going through the trash at night....
