« I paid for a room with a double bed and double sofa bed. The description said the room sleeps 4. I was expecting a decent sized space. Room was ridiculously small, unfortunately. Once the sofa bed was made up, you could not use the Chair / Desk. Or open the curtains! I took some photos. I get this was not a 5-star hotel. But this was seriously below par. Or acceptable standards. Needs serious decorating / upgrade. Furniture was dated, and peeling. Bathroom had good hot shower, and tiny....

« Let’s start with the positive: personnel was gracious, beds were comfortable, it’s a 1 min walk to the nearest tram station (forget cars in Manchester, take the tram!) It was acceptably clean when we arrived. The room was very basic. Small, but functional. An air extractor is really needed in the bathroom however.
