this is an exceptional rental. location is great for skiing and the scenery and surroundings are beautiful. the house is wonderfully suppled and comfortable, the kitchen was fabulous (sharp knives! lots of nice pans! food storage containers! lots of baking dishes!). it had everything to help make our extended family happy and entertained, and the manager was very responsive. we loved it.

I can’t recommend this home enough! We had a large group—20 people—stay at the house. Everyone was able to stay comfortably in their own room or by creating their own space by closing off the game room or theater room (each had a door) and sleeping on the sleeper sofas.The location can’t be beat: the 20 min drive to Snowbird was incredible. A group of us went for a walk in a ravine park that was directly across the street. The property management group was also attentive and very responsive. When I asked for more bath towels, they delivered them by hand within 30min! We had a great time in the theater room live-streaming basketball games and we were able to comfortably eat at the same time in the kitchen because the space is so expansive. The driveway had plenty of space for 5 cars too.

The Teens Didn’t Say “I’m Bored” One Time

Our family gathered to celebrate our high school graduate. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably and peacefully. The fully stocked game room, home theatre, and hot tub kept the teens occupied for a week. We didn’t hear them say they were bored one time! The large dining room table accommodated our big group so we could enjoy our meals together. It was a beautiful time together… the kids are already asking when we can go back.

Remarkable House

The spacious and very functional flow of this remarkable house made our stay very pleasant. My grandsons, all over 25, enjoyed the technical advances throughout the house. This property had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Probably the best equipped short-term rental we've ever experienced. Really, everything was accounted for. In addition, the game room, theater room, large rooms, and so much available seating made it perfect for our large family get together. Very clean as well. Clear and prompt communication.

Absolutely fantastic property and lovely stay

Booked Horsing Around for a corporate team retreat/meeting, 6 adults. Rooms were extremely comfortable and allowed our team to have individual private space while still giving us great “community” space to work as well as relax together. Theater room was amazing. We used this space for our meeting sessions. Team loved this space. We could conduct our presentations in the big movie screen while relaxing in super comfy chairs. Our team loved the game room and we works all end up there in the evening lots of fun and competitive competition on the air hockey table as well the video game table. We loved the old school PAC-Man and Galaga games. Kitchen was very well equipped. We had everything we needed for our Iron Chef competition. Gas grill was a really nice feature as well. Is in tip top condition. We ended up not using the hot tub but it was balanced with clear instructions to help maintain balance if used. Host was probably the best I’ve ever interacted with. And I’ve interacted with a lot of great hosts over the years. Super communicative. Check in process was a breeze. Checked in on us via text to make sure we had everything we needed. A very nice touch was the welcome note. Host knew we were coming as a corporate retreat and took the time to look up our company and make a very warming welcome note that included a few puns (well appreciated puns) geared towards our business segment. Great personal touch! Team could not stop talking about the great experience!

Wonderful family vacation

This property was “epic” to quote my grandsons. We enjoyed every amenity in the house. All were in tip top condition. The place was impeccably clean and our group of 18 was able to spread out throughout the three floors. The neighborhood and views were stunning. We had a vacation we will be talking about for years. Brandy and team could not have been more helpful.

Wedding Week

We stayed at the house when our son got married on Saturday. This property is probably the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed at! Everything was just so perfect right down to the welcome basket of mints! The property manager checked in with us periodically to make sure we didn’t need anything. They even had ice delivered to us! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!

Perfect spot for three families!

We were three families of four, staying for our elementary school kids’ archery competition. Kids loved the theater room and basketball hoop and parents loved the hot tub and well appointed kitchen and hanging out on the deck. We used every part of the house and enjoyed each amenity. Bedrooms were super comfy and everyone slept great! Could not have asked for a better place to stay!
