« Two things about this property that make it good: 1 is the location- short drive to historic lundrum and Tryon, 2 there is a hot tub. The parking is a narrow spot that fits a small crossover, SUV or sedan. uphill so difficult to get in and out of the car. The floor is coated concrete so like a garage. Smelled musty but once we got the dehumidifier going it went away. The chinsy bistro table is centered over a drain so it isn't stable. I used my foot to hold it down from wobbling. We ate out...

« How this property ever got numerous 10 stars is beyond my comprehension; very obviously fake reviews. The shower floor was nasty. There was what appeared to be black mold under kitchen sink. Floors were uneven and sinking in spots. Roof covered with tarp. Walls were particle board and mismatched pieces of scrap wood. Overall, we had to question the integrity of the home. Owner did not sent check- in info on day of until we called an hour after check-in time. Left shortly after seeing the place....
