TRES BON SEJOUR
Le chalet est idéalement bien situé, il est mitoyen, mais il n'y avait personne dans l'autre partie. très beau chalet, propre, entretenu, parking, wc et sdb en nombre pour 6. peut être un rideau occultant pour ceux qui sont dans la mezzanine en haut ? gérant disponible et aimable.

Très bel appartement dans chalet avec magnifique vue
Chalet partagé en 4 logements. Rdc très belle cuisine avec tout l'équipement souhaité. Il nous manquait table et fer à repassé mais après avoir envoyé message le propriétaire est venu aussitôt nous les apporter. Le gros bémol c'est la chambre du bas avec la fenêtre qui donne à l'intérieur du garage. Et quand vous l'ouvrez vous tombez nez à nez avec des toiles d'araignée. Pour les toiles d'araignée le problème peut être facilement réglé par contre vous n'avez aucune aération qui donne sur l'extérieur et vous avez une salle de bain avec douche dans la chambre. A l'étage très joli coin salon qui donne sur balcon avec une vue magnifique sur Samoëns et ses montagnes. Magnifique chambre, très grande, avec salle de bain attenante avec baignoire. La wifi est de très bonne qualité et le chalet est très bien insonorisé. Le chalet est très propre il faute juste penser à faire la poussière sur la table ou il y a tous les jeux sous la télévision.

une magnifique maison de vacances
nous (2 adultes, 1 enfant) sommes restés 5 jours et avons été très satisfaits. une maison de vacances charmante et pratique avec beaucoup de confort, dans la maison tout est bon à très bon de notre point de vue ; les gens dans le village sont merveilleux, détendus et aimables, sur la piste nous n'avons rencontré qu'un conducteur imprudent

Très belle location
A proximité du centre ville (à peine 5 minutes à pieds), cette location est néanmoins très calme avec une jolie vue sur la ville et la vallée du Giffre. L’appartement est récent, propre et fonctionnel. Nous recommandons cette location.

Fantastic Chalet in Samoens
Fantastic property, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The chalet was beautifully furnished, very comfortable and warm. The kitchen was really well equipped, perfect for a family of 5 or more. The garage was ideal for storing all the ski equipment, everything had been thought of. Great views across Samoens and a short walk down hill to the village. Highly recommend this wonderful property.

Relaxing stay
We had a wonderful stay in this comfortable and well equipped chalet. The perfect distance from town, so was able to walk off those extra calories!! The kitchen is a good size and plenty of equipment to cook with. Great places to eat in town but our favourite lunch was in Le Wetzet, which is a 10/15 minute drive away taking in some beautiful scenery. This is our 6th time in Samoèns and definitely the best accommodation we’ve stayed in.

Samoens May 23
A peaceful fortnight, property was ideally situated within walking distance of the village so most days we didn’t use the car. We had forgotten how much of the area closes in May (even the two small supermarkets) but the baker and several coffee shops were open.

Gemütliches Chalet
Das Haus war sehr gemütlich, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr nett und freundlich und wir haben viele wertvolle Informationen vorab bekommen. Das Haus liegt auf einem Berg, nur wenige Gehminuten vom schönen Zentrum von Samoëns entfernt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Fantastic Chalet!
Fantastic chalet with great outlook across Samoens, yet only a few minutes walk from the centre. The accommodation was perfect for our needs, clean and comfortable, with amazing views from the sunny balcony. Ideal for our ski trip but would also be brilliant in the summer. Will be back!

Fantastic chalet in great location
Everything about this chalet is fantastic. The location is ideal being only a 5 minute walk down into Samoens village centre (with a slightly longer uphill walk back). The views from the balcony are stunning and we were lucky to have 6 days of amazing weather and great skiing. This is the 6th time visiting Samoens and we weren’t disappointed. Geoffrey was very helpful both before and during our visit, helping out and responding quickly. The accommodation is lovely across 3 floors and has all the amenities you could need. We were 4 guys, so to have 3 separate sleeping areas worked really well. The top mezzanine floor is spacious but if you’re tall you need to watch your head with the sloping roof. The kitchen / dining area is very well appointed and the lounge area spacious and comfortable. The added bonus is the large ground floor boot room with heaters for boots. Overall I can’t fault this property and would highly recommend.

GREAT SKI PROPERTY
We had a great ski holiday unfortunately cut short by the coronavirus outbreak. Lovley spacious chalet that is very well equipped , a short walk down a steep hill from the village centre with lots of great restaurants , we had a car which made things easier to get to the ski lift but the ski bus stop was not far away so you could manage without. We will return hopefully soon.

Wonderful chalet in a beautiful setting
We had a lovely holiday in Chalet Rosiere just up the hill from central Samoens. The chalet had everything we needed. It was well furnished and well equipped with lovely views across the valley, especially from the 1st floor sitting room. The balcony here was also a lovely place to sit in the sunshine. The garage was very well set up for all our skiing kit including plenty of boot-warming racks. Thank you to Olivia for making sure that our stay was a comfortable and enjoyable one and providing all the information we needed both before and during our stay.

Senior ski trip!
We are 4 friends and have enjoyed a short break in a wonderful spacious chalet complete with everything we could need. Many extra touches including a fully equipped kitchen meant we could easily self cater. The beds were very comfortable and there is plenty of seating in the living areas . The chalet is sparklingly clean . We have never come across such a luxurious boot/ ski room! Overall this chalet is fabulous and better than its online description. It is located a short way uphill from the village so a car is recommended. Olivia , the host ,was happy to help us promptly when contacted and replied to messages immediately .

Four night ski break in January
We are a family of two adults and two teenagers, who stayed at the property in early January 2020. It was fantastic - exactly as advertised. Olivia was very good at communicating and was very helpful before we arrived, allowing us to check in early, as we were on a morning flight from the UK and allowed us to leave our bags at the property on departure day (we had a day skiing before flying home). After we had settled in, Olivia's father was very quick to resolve a couple of queries. He kindly brought a DVD player to the chalet and some firelighters so we could get the wood burner going (which made the chalet feel very cosy). There is plenty of wood supplied). It was warm, clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. There are basics in the kitchen, including salt/pepper, oil. And the welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. The garage with storage for skis and heated rack for boots was a real bonus. The owners provide a useful guide, including local restaurants - our favourites from a couple of visits to this area are La Reposette in Vercland, a short drive away, and Chalet d'Claire on the mountain (not especially pricey, good food and big portions). The chalet is in a good location on the edge of the pretty village with views looking over the valley towards the Grand Massif ski lift. A car was certainly helpful but you could manage without., using the free shuttle bus to the lift. There is an excellent supermarket about a mile away, so no need to stock up on the way to Samoens. It's an easy drive to the chalet from Geneva airport, but make sure you know where you are returning to, if you hire a car from the French side. It's not well signed and roadworks in Geneva, when we were there, made the return trip to the airport more stressful than it should have been. Go through Geneva itself if you want to avoid Swiss customs duty - we didn't, but have done in the past. We had fantastic weather during our stay- blue skies, good snow on the pistes which were generally quiet (pistes on Flaine side of the mountain at the weekend were busier). It is a real plus that you can book the chalet for less than a week, if it is available, as its proximity to Geneva makes it ideal for a short break. It felt very new. There was plenty of room for four of us, and could easily accommodate more - a refreshing change to some cramped ski apartments. We would definitely return to Samoens and not hesitate to book this chalet again.
