The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, a cooktop, double ovens, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, and everyday kitchen essentials. A washer and dryer are available inside the home.

OUTDOOR SPACE

Guest access
Guests have private access to all four bedrooms, two bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry area, covered patio, backyard, driveway, and designated parking areas.

Self check-in is available through the front-door keypad.

Parking is available in the driveway and on the public street where permitted. Vehicles may not be parked on the grass or block neighboring driveways, sidewalks, or mailboxes.

The converted garage and outdoor shed are reserved for owner storage and are locked and unavailable to guests.

A rental agreement is required for this stay. It is available for review before booking and must be signed before check-in. Renters or personal liability insurance is recommended but not required.
