Hello Charlene,Thank you for choosing the Historic Crockett Hotel, while visiting San Antonio, Texas. Currently the Alamo is undergoing revitalization. This includes construction on their education building. We apologize for the added dust and detours. We do hope you did get to enjoy the Tavern and Coffee Bar, located in the Hotel, as well as your sleeping accommodations met your expectations.

Our hotel employs maintenance staff 24/7 that can go into your room to correct the water temperature issue.
