I was hesitant to stay since there were no reviews and the day of communication for check-in instructions worried me, but my family of 6 (2 adults and 4 children) stayed during the Christmas holiday for 6 days. We really enjoyed the home! It was spacious and cozy. The beds were very comfortable. The linen for the beds and bathrooms were perfect. The bathrooms were supplied with not only sufficient toilet paper but also toiletries as well! This was a PLUS! The neighborhood was quiet and although it was too cold to enjoy the backyard, it seemed like it would have been entertaining and nice as there were yard games, plenty of seating, and a fire pit we did not have time to use. We were welcomed with a nice basket full of snacks and wine which was the PERFECT touch! There also was bottled water in the fridge too. As small as this gesture may seem, we have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties and this was definitely appreciated! We enjoyed the PlayStation, XBOX, Nintendo Switch, Arcade games, ping-pong table, board games, and dart board! A few small suggestions: increase lighting in the kitchen above the sink and the bulbs were out over the stove, include instructions for working the bedroom TVs (the remote controls needed new batteries, no big deal but once we bought batteries, we still struggled to figure out how to work two of the TVs), some of the closets were locked which I assume one may have been the coat closet but since it is inaccessible to guest, add a coat rack, and a few more basic kitchen supplies such as aluminum foil, dish towels, and metal/wooden cooking utensils. Other than that, I would highly recommend to others and would return. We felt safe and made some great memories in your home! Thank you so much!
