Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit
The only redeeming quality of this rental was that it had direct access to the riverwalk. Every single part of the building was filthy. Upon entering the unit, they had a glade air freshener plugged in likely to mask the smoky smell. We immediately unplugged it and opened the window and turned on the fans to air the place out. The carpet and rugs were so dirty. I messaged the host and she was nice and offered to come vacuum however the timing did not work with our plans and I said I would do it. The vacuum in the unit did nothing. We literally kept our shoes or slippers on the entire time!The balcony furniture was stained and gross with an old ashtray sitting out. The bed was so uncomfortable we surrounded ourselves with pillows for some relief. The tub/shower was stained and had mildew. Also, the sound wasn’t too bad at night, but you could hear everything from adjacent areas. This is a quote from my husband: “The hallways, elevator and common areas were appallingly disgusting!”
