We recently stayed here for a short getaway with my wife and granddaughter, and overall it was a mixed experience.
The room itself was very spacious, which we really appreciated, and both queen beds were quite comfortable—we all slept well. Our granddaughter especially enjoyed the indoor pool, which was definitely a highlight of our stay.
However, there were a few issues that really stood out. The hot water never seemed to get hot enough, which made showers less enjoyable. Out of curiosity, I checked under the beds and found that both areas clearly needed thorough cleaning—it looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time.
The most concerning moment happened on our second night when another guest was mistakenly given access to our room. That understandably frightened my wife and raised some concerns about overall guest security.
Breakfast was another disappointment—we found a long hair in the scrambled eggs, which was off-putting.
With that said, the comfortable beds and the enjoyment our granddaughter had at the pool helped balance things out a bit. Overall, I would rate this stay 3 out of 5 stars. With better attention to cleanliness and guest safety, this place could be much better.
