A few things to know before booking:

PARKING
The garage is at 925 Avenue B, a 1 minute walk from the building. 1 free garage space is included, park in any open space not marked "Reserved." A guaranteed reserved space is $35/night, first floor, close to the pedestrian gate. Any additional vehicle needs its own reserved space at $35/night. Just message us. Display your parking pass at all times; unauthorized vehicles are subject to towing by the building, not us. Tow fees are not refundable.

2ND FLOOR POOL-FACING UNIT
This unit faces the pool deck. Pool hours are 9 AM to 11 PM, Tuesday through Sunday (closed Mondays), and some daytime ambient activity is normal. The 2nd floor location helps reduce ground-level Riverwalk foot traffic.

ISSUES DURING YOUR STAY
Please report any issues directly to us through Airbnb messages within 24 hours so we can resolve them in real time. We cannot address concerns raised only in reviews after checkout.

QUIET HOURS
10 PM - 7 AM, per building policy. No parties or events.

SECURITY
There are no cameras inside the unit. Common-area security cameras are operated by the building.
