The foundation has been monitored, and the slope is cosmetic rather than a structural safety concern. Most guests are able to navigate the home normally; however, guests who experience vertigo, balance or vestibular disorders, dizziness, mobility limitations, or sensory sensitivities related to uneven surfaces may notice the slope more significantly and may wish to use their usual mobility or support aids while moving throughout the home. For sleeping comfort, the bed frames have been individually leveled and secured using furniture risers so that the sleeping surfaces remain level despite the home’s slope.
