Notre villa est situĂ©e prĂšs de Chiesanuova, un petit village du Chianti florentin situĂ© sur une colline douce entre vignes et oliviers. Un paysage toscan typique Ă  seulement 14 km, avec des routes confortables, de la merveilleuse Florence, un cĂ©lĂšbre coffre au trĂ©sor d'immenses trĂ©sors. Un paysage unique au monde oĂč le travail de l'homme a crĂ©Ă© au cours des siĂšcles un tout harmonieux et gracieux et oĂč la marche, ou mĂȘme simplement le traverser en voiture, suscite des Ă©motions profondes.
La splendide Villa du 16Úme siÚcle est au centre d'un beau jardin plein de zones de confort telles que le salon élégant, le barbecue et la table à manger, la piscine de 5 x 10 mÚtres qui peut offrir des plongées agréables dans un cadre grandiose. Au fond se dresse une grande terrasse qui est aussi un véritable public ouvert au spectacle de la nature environnante.

La villa a deux étages et est dominée par la belle tour panoramique

Le rez-de-chaussĂ©e, oĂč toutes les piĂšces ont un accĂšs direct au jardin, abrite les services. Un double salon Ă©lĂ©gamment meublĂ©, avec une cheminĂ©e d'origine du 16Ăšme siĂšcle, une tĂ©lĂ©vision et une table de billard. Ci-dessous se trouve la salle Ă  manger avec table pour 16 personnes et enfin une cuisine spacieuse et moderne rĂ©cemment entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©e et Ă©quipĂ©e de tout: four, micro-ondes, congĂ©lateur, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, lave-vaisselle, bouilloire et une grande table de petit-dĂ©jeuner. Au rez-de-chaussĂ©e il y a aussi la buanderie et une salle de bain avec deux salles de bain.

Le deuxiĂšme Ă©tage abrite 8 chambres, chacune avec une salle de bains privative.

Par un escalier, vous pouvez Ă©galement accĂ©der Ă  la tour oĂč, en plus de profiter d'un panorama exceptionnel, vous pouvez trouver une table avec des chaises, adaptĂ©e Ă  un dĂźner plus suggestif, ou pour passer du temps en toute dĂ©tente.

Un cadre idéale, des vacances parfaites

Nous avons apprécié chaque moment à la Villa de Jacopo et Beatrix. La villa est spacieuse, propre, confortable, pratique et avec des vues splendides sur les paysages de Toscane. Jacopo nous a aidé dÚs qu'on avait besoin d'un renseignement ou service. Je recommande fortement cette location.

La maison est parfaitement conforme à l'annonce Le + : les salles de bain avec toilettes dans chaque chambre et le volume de la maison ( grandes chambres, terrasse immenses etc..). I can not say enough good things about our stay at Villa Torre. Beatrice and Jacopo are fantastic hosts and their food was 5 star. 7 day's of breakfast and dinner for 16 people. Ages 7yrs to 80 and two pescatarians . We gave a 16 person standing ovation to the chef's at the end. The pool and the coupala on the roof for sunset viewing were highlights. Love love love our 7 day's in Tuscany at Villa Torre.

What a fabulous place to enjoy with family

We spent 2 weeks in this beautiful villa with close access to Florence and the easy trains of Italy. Bea and Jacapo were wonderful hosts and meals at the villa were delicious. The pool was a great relief at the end of warm and busy traveling days. We highly recommend this beautiful villa.

The Villa has everything you need for a more than comfortable stay. Centrally located for exploring many of the local Tuscany highlights with a quick tram to Florence.Worth staying in to enjoy the pool and surrounds when the weather is good. Great outdoor space! We were 15 adults.

Fabulous Tuscany Vacation

We were a group of 13 friends celebrating 60 year birthdays for eight of us this year. The Villa was beautiful and very comfortable. Beatrice and Jacopo were amazing hosts who helped us organize everything. We had the welcome dinner, breakfast the first morning and a dinner the last night. The food was very good and it made it easy. We took van trips several days to Cortona, San Gimignano and Siena, and Lucca. We took the bus to Florence (this was easy) and some took a train to Venice. We rented 1 car which was very useful to get groceries and use for shuttling to local restaurants. We drove to Greve in Chianti and hiked to Montefioralle a charming medieval town, recommend. We did an awesome 18 mile e-bike ride with yep bike to a stunning winery. We loved restaurants Il Borgo Machiavelli and Barrachinna in Percussina, both very close. The pizza in Chiesanuova was delicious! We went at the end of April and had beautiful weather all week. It was even warm enough to swim in the pool. Overall we loved the Villa and vacation. Thanks to Beatrice and Jacopo for helping to make a wonderful trip!

The best villa in Tuscany!

My family (16 people) stayed at the villa for a week in April and had the most wonderful experience. Beatrice and Jacopo were extremely communicative and so welcoming - we felt right at home. The villa had so much space for all of us and was located in a great place for us to be able to take short trips to local towns. We asked the hosts to cook a Welcome Dinner for us on the day we arrived and would highly recommend. Also, we had them prepare us breakfast the morning of our departure, so everyone was fed before our drive to Rome. The cooking class was fun, interactive, and delicious! Would highly recommend this property and thank you so much to Beatrice and Jacopo for helping us arrange everything.

Exceptional spring stay

We had the most wonderful time staying at this gorgeous property in early March. The property and house are absolutely gorgeous and extremely comfortable for a family (we were a group of adults, but the house and grounds are lovely for kids as well). But the real stars of the experience were Beatrice and Jacobo. They did everything they possibly could to make our experience wonderful - they prepared a delicious welcome meal for us on our arrival, did breakfasts every day, arranged rental cars and other transport, and were a wealth of information about the area. We also had them host a cooking class for us in the house one afternoon, which was tons of fun.The house is about a 40-minute drive from Florence, which we managed on our own, and is surrounded by the prettiest countryside. We could not have had a better experience. If you are looking for a beautiful, comfortable property with the most attentive and helpful hosts, this is your dream spot!

Perfect with kids

We were 5 teens and 2 adults. The house was great - so much space, all the bedrooms were a nice size with en-suites, the pool table was very well used, there was so much to do in the house, the kitchen was very well stocked for cooking a few meals, and there was a beautiful view from the terrace. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay!

The villa was exactly as pictured and we had a wonderful stay. We appreciated the fully equipt kitchen (two refrigerators!) and being able to cook our meals together. The hosts always answered my questions. Check-in was smooth and he explained everything. A couple things to note, we were there in early September with high heat. Air Conditioning was a must because opening the doors allowed mosquitos in. With a house this large (even being gone every day and being very conservative) we had to pay extra for electricity. Offering fans for the rooms might help this. Mosquito spray is included but I would recommend citronella candles for around the pool and outdoor area. Don't miss the sunrises and sunsets from the tower and walking around the surrounding area. It is truly beautiful. We loved every second.

Exceptional Property and Hosts!

Our week at Villa Torre in Chianti was absolutely amazing! We were a group of 10 (ages 2-80) celebrating a special 50th wedding anniversary. The villa was clean, comfortable and spacious. The sunsets, swimming pool and terrace dining were just some of the highlights. The BEST part of this week was Beatrice and Jacopo. They worked so hard to ensure that our time in Tuscany was enjoyed by all. They cooked fabulous meals, helped with transportation and tours, and were so incredibly kind and welcoming. By the end of the week we felt like we were extended family. We all agreed that one week was not long enough at this amazing property. We hope to return someday. Grazie Beatrice and Jacopo!

Amazing villa in a breathtaking environment, within car rides of lovely towns and walks

Truly epic villa in glorious rolling hills with stunning views over the land. The villa is really well equipped, for long lazy days eating drinking and swimming, to nights relaxing and chatting. No complaints about the bedrooms, showers sometimes a little small but functional. Kitchen practical, as well as other common space in and outside. Hosts super helpful too! Set in beautiful olive groves and vineyards, which can also be visited.

Unforgettable Stay at a Stunning Villa in Italy

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing villa, and it exceeded all our expectations. First and foremost, the incredible hosts, Beatrice and Jacopo, are the kindest, most attentive, and responsive hosts we have ever encountered. About the house—Wow! Our group of 12 fit comfortably in the spacious 8 bedrooms, and having 9 bathrooms was a luxury. We were grateful for the air conditioning throughout the house, which kept us cool during the hot July days in Italy. One highlight was the endless supply of local wine available at the house. Each bottle averaged about $10, offering quality and value that you can’t find anywhere else. The pool was another fantastic feature, providing us with a perfect spot to relax after our days of travel to Florence, Pisa, and Rome. We spent countless hours by the pool, sipping wine and reading our books, truly disconnecting from our busy lives. Beatrice and Jacopo went above and beyond, even helping us get rental cars delivered directly to the villa. We also arranged a Vespa tour of Tuscany for us, with the tour operators picking us up right at the villa. Additionally, Beatrice is an amazing chef. She and Jacopo prepared several meals for us, making our stay even more relaxing. We had breakfast and dinner everyday possible at the house, and the food was simply amazing. The entire process was easy for us, and we didn’t have to think about cooking. The coffee was also fantastic! We have zero complaints—absolutely none!

Staying at the villa is like a little piece of Heaven on Earth. The property was very well kept and had a pool, pool table, ping pong table, and work out room to keep the teenagers busy. But, the wonderful experience was made possible by Beatrice and Jacopo! They were awesome! Very personable, helpful with our touring and planning,,and the meals they prepared for us were outstanding. We will never forget our cooking class with them..so much fun and delicious. By the time we left the villa, we considered them part of our family.
