« Our family loved this cute log cabin over spring break! The kids loved playing on the snow, fishing at the pond and we enjoyed having fires in the wood burning stove at night. Great hiking all around the surrounding mountains and in the gorge. Lori was great and we loved our stay. »

« Wonderful location and short walking distance to the platinum chair lift and Main Street. The deer ate nuts and berries from our hands from both porches each morning and evening. Cabin had everything we needed with beautiful views. This was our second time to stay here in the Rio Rojo cabin while skiing and we will certainly be back! »

« There were a few issues during our stay with appliance and electrical but they were resolved very quickly. Everyone was professional and kind during the interaction as well. The cabin itself is amazing perfect for a family get away. The location is perfect close to shops, restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again. »

« Visited during last week of April/first week of May. Red River was not busy at all and the cabin was a perfect retreat for peace and quiet! Host was receptive to our pets (thank you) and everything was perfect!! Comfortable sleeping arrangements and cabin had everything we needed and more! « Definitely a tiny home! About the size of a hotel room, but with better views and privacy. Plenty of wildlife, and even the owner's dog and cat visited us. Not a single complaint about the property or hosts! »

« It was larger than we had originally expected. The hot water gets very hot and stayed hot whenever we needed it. The king size bed is quite firm. The pans are not nonstick, so they’re less easy to clean. All the appliances worked as they should. Kitchenware is all there available. It was a nice stay. We did enjoy it. »

« Cozy, comfy, and wonderful location in between Taos Ski Valley village and the upper Ski Valley. My children loved the table tennis and darts on the bottom floor, and the loft bedroom. We loved the convenient kitchen, comfortable bed, and windows on the main floor. We hope to visit again! »

« The location of the lodging could not have been better. We were able to be on and off the slopes in minutes. The lodging was cozy. The staff was easy to communicate with by text or phone. They responded quickly and made everything easier. Only issues were the cabin wasn’t cleaned well and had belongings that the previous family left. Also the cabin is very creaky which is to be expected to an extent. Overall I couldn’t be happier with the stay. »

« Little Fanny is such a cute cabin. Everything has been renovated and updated including the furniture. We stayed in late June so there was no need for heat. The living room has a ceiling fan, and it stayed quite nice downstairs. The stairs leading to the two bedrooms are very steep and narrow. There are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms and no other fans provided. The upstairs gets very warm. We slept with the windows open. It was ok but still a little uncomfortable temperature wise.
