« this hotel is good in the dinning and front area but room service and house keeping was not as good. I stayed 2 days and no one clean my room during my stay even though I requested. I notice the 2 pillow case had makeup stain and darker than other pillow. it looked like it has not been washed or was too wear out. « It’s no doubt that the hotel is excellent. Staff was professional. The only comment I have is since In and Out restaurant is right beside the hotel. The line of cars to In and Out make it difficult to get out of the parking space. Sometimes the people don’t care in giving way so you can get out the parking space. I guess they really are hungry. I will know better to park in the other side of the building. »
