There is no bed in that space. Located close to Balboa Park, the San Diego Zoo, and the Gaslamp. Most freeways are just 5-10 minutes away connecting you to the beaches, mountains, deserts, and Mexico.

It’s quiet, clean, and safe, all the things that matter most. Inside you’ll find original details like real quarter-sawn red oak and fir floors, built-in bookcases and linen cabinet, glass door knobs, 8-inch baseboards and 13-inch crown moulding, and a clawfoot bathtub. It’s not all old - there’s a brand new washer and dryer in the laundry room, as well as stainless steel refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave, ceiling fans, room-darkening curtains, and central air conditioning and heating.
