Amazing rental! Plenty of room for our family of 5 adults, 3 kids. Incredibly well-appointed. It was one of the best-equipped kitchens I’ve used in a rental. Beach access was incredible, and the balcony fit us all comfortably. It is a quiet part of Mission Beach and felt very private considering its location. Very clean and in good condition. The rental company gave very clear instructions throughout. Appreciated being able to park two cars.

We had an amazing stay at this Mission Beach VRBO in San Diego! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and truly set up perfectly for families. It had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment we arrived.Communication with the host was excellent, super responsive, helpful, and made the whole experience seamless.You can tell a lot of thought went into making this a great place to stay. We had seven adult family members and everyone was in love with this place. Most beautiful view you could ask for and very convenient getting around. My husband rollerbladed the boardwalk every morning and we all had a wonderful time hanging out on the beach. Definitely a five star property!

This place was exactly what my family of 4 was looking for. Clean, comfortable, plenty of room for everyone, and a beautiful location right on the beach. Neighborhood is pretty dense, but this is on the quiet end of the beach so noise wasn’t an issue at all. Great location - quick drives to the zoo, downtown, La Jolla, and Sea World. Would definitely stay here again.

Easily one of the best VRBO properties we have stayed in. The condo was exceptionally clean and the layout was perfect for multiple families and kids. The covered patio and furniture was perfect for morning coffee and sunsets. No egg chair as pictured, but that didn't change our opinion of the stay. We look forward to returning.

Property is newly updated and is a spectacular home to hang out at Mission Beach with gorgeous oceanfront view and easy access to San Diego activities. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook and grill dinner. The bedrooms were roomy with comfortable beds and plenty of bathroom shower space. Staying here was lovely and highly recommended.

Great property and perfect for families!

From check-in to check-out, it was very simple to communicate and gain access to the property. The unit was EXTREMELY well-appointed, and clean, and everything worked perfectly. The location is great for families - far enough away from Some of the more crowded areas of Mission Beach and the crowds. We had a wonderful time and I'd rent this unit again!

Mission Beach Must Have!

Arguably one of the best locations on Mission Beach. Steps to the water and walking distance to activities, but far enough that the noise wasn’t a factor from the park. The house was beautiful and well appointed. Service and checking was great! Will stay again!

Great Location

Excellent location and layout for three couples and two kids. The unit offers lots of individual space along with great family living space. Awesome kitchen! The enclosed garage is VERY small and won’t fit all cars, but great for a small sedan. The second outdoor spot is quite large and will accommodate most vehicles. Highly recommend!

Great Vacation

I recently stayed here with my family. I was nervous renting a house on mission beach with small children because my husband and I stayed here a few years ago and it was rowdy. However, this house is away from all the crowds and it was amazing. It felt like a private beach at times. Very family friendly with amazing views. The property managers were very prompt with their responses. Check in and check out were seamless. Highly recommend for a getaway!

Beautiful rental with amazing views!

We had a really great experience for our stay! The unit was clean and everything as expected upon arrival. Check in was very easy, there was good communication from the property manager making sure everything was clean, to our liking and ensuring we had a good visit! I would definitely recommend this property. Amazing views of the ocean, perfect mornings drinking coffee while spotting dolphins and gorgeous sunsets at night!! The unit is completely updated, beautifully decorated and very clean! Plenty of room for our party of 4 adults and 2 kids to spread out! Parking was easy once we figured out the right angle to back in the SUV!

Would Stay Again

When I say I would stay again, that's saying a lot as even the better VRBOs we've stayed in aren't enough to bring me back. The property was just as described. It was very clean upon arrival. I have a long list of things I bring to VRBOs after running into situations where items weren't available. This VRBO had everything we usually need and a couple things we didn't even know we might need. Kitchen was well stocked, including a wine and can opener which are often missed. There was plenty of TP for all of us for 5 days. There was even a small toolkit when we suddenly need a screwdriver to replace batteries in a toy. Stayed here with my adult children and one grandchild (infant) and we all loved it. The AC works great, which is a must for us. Having two parking spots was also a bonus. My daughter's Subaru fit in the garage and my son's Tahoe fit outside. The property management text upon our arrival and again during our stay. I reached out via email when we thought we had an issue after-hours but it resolved itself and was totally fine by the next morning when they responded and offered to send someone out (it seemed like the fridge was not getting cold but it just needed a minute because we put so much stuff in it at once).

Exceptional and Lovely Stay - Exactly as Advertised

This was a beautiful newish property right on the Strand. We watched incredible sunsets every evening and the ocean was just gorgeous. This place is exactly as other reviewers described. I could back my Volvo XC90 into the garage for context, but it was a little tight. The outdoor parking spot was large. We were in the flight path but it didn’t bother us and we couldn’t hear the airplanes with the windows closed and AC on. Clean, responsive management company, excellent and functional layout! A+++

Family vacation

Beautiful home right on Mission beach. Very close to Sea World, San Diego Zoo, and the seals at La Jolla children's pool. Home was equipped with everything we needed for our week long family vacation. The balcony was great for sitting out at night enjoying the sounds of the ocean. The only thing I would suggest is renting a smaller size vehicle, like all of the homes we saw in the area, the parking area is tight.
