The house was very clean when we arrived, and the property was nicely maintained. The location of this property is excellent for any events happening in Delmar and makes the beach easy to access with a short drive.The kitchen and entertaining areas were more than adequate even for our family of eight. The outdoor space and patio were lovely, especially this time of year.If you have a large family, or extended family, this property would be an excellent place to stay

50th Wedding Anniversary

Perfect beautiful home plenty of rooms for different ages but still coming together in awesome Kitchen for meals!! Private surrounding but close to beach & shopping!! This home complete with swimming pool & outdoor dining … fireplace was fantastic for our families & six grandchildren for our special 50th anniversary!!

Poorly maintained outdoor space, cameras watching pool, lovely inside home

We stayed at 2 weeks and the inside of the home is well cared for but the outside left a lot to be desired. We have 4 kids under 10 and the spacious home gave room for the kids to relax and run around. The inside of the home is extremely clean and especially the kitchen and bathrooms. Toilet paper, laundry soap and dish soap was lacking and not enough was provided for the full stay. The kitchen appliances and utensils were great. The center island had a broken sink and the wood material had issues. The dryer seems to be on its last leg and it takes 3-4 hours to dry a load of laundry. The outside was not well cared for and dirty in many areas. The pool was not well maintained. The pool area and furniture was full of mud, sand and bird poop. The courtyard had dirty seating and the overgrown landscaping. Made entry in and out of the home very difficult. Most disappointing was the camera(s) watching the pool area. We were told they were motion censors, then later disabled cameras and then finally they removed them because they were cameras. A gentleman with the license plate or SPCY SAM came to remove the camera(s) and his plates matched his vibe. It was gross and I’m sure he was watching our family and the cameras were real. Easy to access grocers, Starbucks, beach, etc. Internet and phone reception stink. We use ATT and had no phone signal at all. No beach towels, chairs, supplies are available which is disappointing considering beach distance & norm visitor needs.

Spring break for hs lacrosse

We had a wonderful stay at the property. We had three families and loved the living spaces of the house and the ability to spread out or all be in the huge kitchen together. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit as well. The house was clean and stocked and the management was super responsive and incredibly honest and helpful.

WTI graduation

Family of 8 attended son’s graduation. We were very pleased with the lovely home with plenty of space to cook, play and visit. We enjoyed the outside areas with fire place and seating. The heater in the hot tub was not working and we were disappointed that we were not notified. The house needs a few minor repairs, otherwise we had a lovely stay

Family wedding weekend.

This was the perfect property for our large family. The grandchildren loved the pool. The adults love both the kitchen area and TV room for football games. The number of bathrooms was a plus so no one really had to share. All in all a wonderful place to share time together.

Glorious Home

The home was spacious and clean. Great big yard. The check-in instructions were confusing egarding the spa. It does have spiders, some of our family is terrified of spiders and we did get a couple of bites. I would recommend peppermint oil if the owner does not want to use pesticides.

Best stay in Southern California

Great property in Solano Beach. The inside design and set up was nicely laid out out. Large property, plenty of space outside and indoors. Large kitchen. The pool and jacuzzi were great. Quiet, nice, and safe neighborhood. Pretty close to I-5. Close to Vons. We hung out at Moonlight beach which was about 15 minute drive by car. But that didn’t bother us because we loved to come back and unwind down at the property.

Quiet, spacious and comfortable house!

Excellent house, all the amenities, very clean, extremely spacious. Close to town and the highway, but near the end of a neighborhood street so very serene and private. Will be back next year, 100%!

True Oasis!

This beautiful home is even more stunning in person! The grounds, the spacious layout and the decor are all anyone could hope for while on vacation. My family (ages 1-88) all loved their stay and were talking about returning even before we left. Beautiful flowers were in bloom and there was plenty of space for us to congregate indoors and out, while still having enough bedrooms to accomodate everyone. It was also great having one bedroom on the main floor so that the grandparents did not have to navigate any stairs. We were disappointed that a heated pool was not included with the rental, but on a warm sunny day the water temp. wasn't too bad. The jacuzzi also heats up almost immediately with the touch of a button (without additional fees.) The neighborhood is lovely, close to the grocery store and many attractions are just a short drive away. We would highly recommend this property and we hope to return on a future vacation!

Perfect

A group of friends/travel soccer teammates shared this house during our stay in town for a tournament. The location is very close to surf fields. It’s a perfect set up for hosting a team bbq. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily rent again. We could have used a few more towels but aside from that everything was wonderful.

Thanksgiving in Del Mar

Our family stayed in Solana Beach for Thanksgiving! We fit 12 comfortably and had room to entertain more family staying nearby during the day! The property was close to the beach and restaurants, although the house was so nice we didn't want to leave and ended up cooking in more than we thought we would. The backyard and jacuzzi outside were incredibly relaxing and absolutely beautiful. We met the owner who was very nice and the property managers responded to all our questions very fast! We hope to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful Vacation!

We were a family of 9 adults and had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house looks beautiful in the pictures, but is even better in person. The home had a warm and cozy feeling and was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The grounds were beautiful too, from the landscaping to the sitting areas, the pool and the hot tub. All just wonderful. Chloe was a very attentive host and immediately answered the few questions we had about the house. We cannot recommend the home and Chloe enough and would love to go back one day!

Great Property for Families!

Our family and friends just completed a fantastic stay at this Del Mar property. The home and yard were well suited for our group with plenty of space to spread out. The yard was great for wiffle ball and volleyball games and each of the rooms in the house had comfortable beds and room to spare. The house was clean and had all the amenities we could need. The Del Mar location was superb! We would highly recommend this property!

The home is beautiful and loaded with many amenities. The landscaping is breath taking. The courtyard is very inviting. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I would recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a 5 star hotel but has all the privacy and comforts of home.

Amazing space for family vacation!

This house couldn't have been more perfect for our family vacation. We had 5 adults and 4 kids staying at the house -- everyone had plenty of space to play, relax, and sleep comfortably. Kids under 2 were able to take naps in one part of the house and not be disturbed by any noise or activity taking place in another part of the house or the yard. It was also very comforting having the gate around the pool and helped the adults worry less when everyone was outside. We would love to come back and stay again in the future!
