Welcome to “Stay SanDi,” a beautifully renovated, family-friendly escape in San Diego's residential Bay Park neighborhood. Designed for effortless days together, this inviting single-level retreat places you in a wonderfully central location near the city's beaches, bays, universities, downtown attractions, and most-loved destinations. With convenient highway access nearby, exploring Pacific Beach, La Jolla, Coronado, Torrey Pines, and the rest of San Diego is refreshingly easy.

Inside, bright, polished living spaces create a comfortable setting for relaxing and reconnecting. Prepare memorable meals in the chef-inspired kitchen, complete with upscale finishes and a built-in refrigerator, then gather indoors or carry dinner outside for an evening beneath the coastal sky.

Three comfortable bedrooms accommodate up to eight guests. The primary suite features a king bed and an attached full bathroom, while the remaining bedrooms offer three queen beds in total, giving families and groups plenty of space to settle in.

The private backyard is the heart of the home. Start your morning with an energizing swim in the 46-foot lap pool, cool off beneath the San Diego sunshine, or unwind in the standalone hot tub. Spend the afternoon playing bocce and cornhole, stretch out on the pool loungers, or enjoy a laid-back meal at the outdoor dining area with the BBQ nearby. • Steps are required to enter the home from the front porch. Once inside, the living area and bedrooms are arranged on one level.
