Welcome to Sweet Studio Cottage in Pacific Beach, we hope to host you for your visit to San Diego! This delightful studio cottage offers a cozy retreat just a short stroll away from the sandy shores. With its private and gated location, you can enjoy a peaceful and serene atmosphere while being within walking distance to the beach. We also provide beach gear with Surfboards and Bicycles, reserved parking, and A/C!

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and inviting space that has been thoughtfully designed to provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. The open floor plan for this studio has all you need wrapped into one space. French doors open to your beachy studio with a queen bed and a newly renovated bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. There is also an efficiency kitchen with a bar, small fridge, microwave, Keurig machine, blender, and toaster. The seating area is perfect for dining, working, or playing games- the ultimate work-from-home space!

Outside, you'll discover a charming garden patio area where you can use your private BBQ grill, and bask in the glorious coastal weather. Sip your morning coffee or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening while taking in the soothing ocean breeze. The gated entrance adds an extra layer of security and privacy to your stay.

Lots of great restaurants, cafes, shopping just a few minutes walk away. Seaworld is a 10 min drive. No need to rent a car, walk or bike to everything!

THINGS TO KNOW:
-Just a 4 minute walk to the sand!
- Please note that cats are not permitted in the home. We kindly request that guests limit their furry friend guests to two dogs. We allow 1 Dog under 50 lbs., or to 2 dogs under 25 lbs. each. ( 2 dog Max. ). Host must be notified of pets.
-Beach Shed is shared with the other unit and the amenities are offered on a first come, first serve basis. We provide adult beach cruisers, surf boards, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, snorkeling gear and coolers!
-The building has a total of three separate units. The studio, a 2 bedroom, and a separate with long term tenants (None of which will interfere with your stay in this studio)
