The condo unit was fantastic with beautiful views as featured in the photos. Property Management firm was very good to work…excellent communications.A couple of points to be aware of…this unit has no A/C. While this may not bother many people, since you can open the doors and windows and let the ocean breeze in, there is no way to keep the humidity down or noise out disputing the night. Street noise can be loud and constant. Also, we did not care for the pillows in the unit…to each his own, but would think a variety of pillow types would be nice.

The highlight of this condo is, without a question, the incredible view. Whether it was morning coffee or sunset, the scenery alone almost makes the stay worth it. Additionally, the location is unbeatable—we were central to everything and found it very easy to get around.The condo itself was clean and functional, but it is worth noting that the decor feels dated. While it didn't negatively impact our comfort, the interior doesn't quite match the premium feel of the view or the location.This rental is managed by a third-party agency outside of VRBO. This added an extra layer of complexity to the process, making the experience feel less smooth than a typical VRBO stay.

Fabulous condo! The views from this 11th story corner unit are stunning. It is directly on the ocean with a paved path along the ocean that goes for miles directly in front of the condo complex. There is a short ramp in front of the complex that goes directly to the beach and it is a great beach. There are tons of restaurants and cafes in walking distance of the condo. Every room has ocean views (except bathrooms). They have everything you need including equipment for making meals, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, enough coffee pods for 1-2 days, beach chairs, beach towels, lots of extra towels, beach toys….. Sofa, loveseat, recliner chairs, and beds are all very comfortable. We had lots of plans during our 6 day stay but found ourselves wanting to be back to the condo late afternoons to walk the beach and to see the stunning sunsets. We also just spent a few days hanging out. For plans in San Diego we did the hop on/off trolley tour the first day to figure out where we wanted to spend more time. We started it at Old Town and although the paid parking was filled up it was easy to find free street parking close by. The Zoo was fantastic but be sure to do the bus tour first to see layout and we got to see more animals up close as compared to walking which we did after the bus tour. The bus tour is included in the ticket and be sure to sit on the top. San Diego is a fabulous town, easy to drive in, and the people are very friendly.

Views and beach access were amazing. Check in communication and payment was a bit confusing as it was not through VRBO. The checkout check list seemed to be too lengthy. Pool and hot tub are not on the property it was located 1/2 a block away, but was nice and quiet. But as far as location, security, and access to the beach and restaurants it was great.

The condo is beautiful. It is clean, well furnished, great location, beautiful views, and stocked well with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The management responds immediately with any concerns they let you know whenever they need to come into the apartment to do repairs. The management is extremely respectful. Location and view can't be beat!

Gorgeous views of the beach, especially at sunset. Easily walkable to restaurants and bars. Beds/pillows were comfortable and plentiful! No noise from other units, only the sound of the beach and occasionally, the boardwalk below.

Awesome property

We have stayed at Capri by the Sea many times but this place blew us away with its location and how up to date and beautiful it was. We especially liked our master bedroom in which the one wall was all glass with a sliding door that opened up to a sitting area with 2 easy chairs where we could sit and watch the ocean and listen to the waves and smell the sea air. It was pure joy! Can hardly wait to come back again.

The place was gorgeous. The views were fantastic. I love to hear in the ocean every day and every night. There was so much to do and Pacific Beach and San Diego. The condo is well stocked with towels, Beach chairs, beach towels, supplies and extra linen. Wonderful vacation. The property manager who was accessible and helpful whenever I had an issue. Will be returning next year.

Cool breeze in Pacific Beach

Overall our stay was excellent. However there were a couple of suggestion we would have For future renters. The king bed in master is probably ready for replacement. It is very noisey and creaked every time we moved on it. I would also recommend directions on the operation of the remote control's. We are very tech savvy but 2 remotes and 3 channel boxes can be confusing. The screen door track rollers need replacing. They kept jumping off the tracks. We will definitely be repeat renters at this property. For a 7 day stay the number of towels seemed a little light we had 4 adults and 2 children for a total of 6 towels. And lastly a laundry string for bathroom to dry suits and beach towels. Again, fantastic location, well equipped with kitchen utensils and excellent onbience.
