Large sliding doors bring in natural light and create an easy connection between the indoor living space and your private patio.

The living room offers a comfortable place to unwind, with inviting seating and a Samsung Frame TV that blends seamlessly into the décor when not in use. The full kitchen is equipped for everyday living, whether you're making your morning coffee, cooking dinner at home, or settling in for an extended stay.

The bedroom is a relaxing retreat featuring a king bed, statement wallpaper art, ample storage, and its own Frame TV. Thoughtful details and warm finishes create an elevated yet comfortable space that feels like home.

The modern bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and clean, contemporary finishes.

Step outside to your private patio, where you can enjoy your morning coffee, grill dinner on the BBQ, or relax around the fire pit at the end of the day.

- This home is located on the first floor of a three-unit property and has its own private entrance, so you can come and go independently. While there are two additional residences on the property, your unit and private outdoor space are exclusively yours to enjoy.

- Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent the property.

- As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs a lease agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

- Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax

- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy.
