Don’t make a mistake booking this hotel. You will not get any value for your money. Pay a little extra for a 3.5 or 4 stars hotel.
This is definitely not a new hotel—it was probably revamped from a shopping mall to a hotel or something. The place is very old
The most annoying thing was that there was no receptionist, security nor staff to attend to us. No breakfast, no amenities.
We booked two rooms for two nights (feb 11-Feb 13 2026 (rooms 211 & 216)) and could not have our bath on the first night because the hotel showerhead was not working. Immediately after we checked-in and entered our room, We tried to contact the reception to help with the water but couldn’t reach anyone. We tried to contact via Expedia (on the 12th) but did not get a response. Expedia’s customer support also tried but couldn’t reach them. We ended up having to leave the hotel on the second day (12th) without staying the night to book a 4star hotel close by (because we couldn’t go another night without taking a shower).
On our second day, Feb 12 between 4pm and 9pm, we met three other separate guests who had paid for their rooms but were unable to check-in because of a lack of receptionist. (At past 8pm they had not even entered their room yet!)
We left around 9pm on feb 12th after trying unsuccessfully to resolve our issues.
I believe the 5 star reviews on this hotel is a scam because there is no way we (the four guests) who tried to lodge yesterday would give this anything but a one star review.
