Nous avons été déçu de notre séjour, nous avions payé quelques dollars de plus pour être dans des chambres rénovées et lors de la réservation j’avais mentionné que je voulais des chambres près l’une de l’autre puisque nous voyageons avec nos 4 enfants. Quand nous sommes arrivés, les deux chambres n’étaient pas dans le même édifice donc ils nous ont relogé dans un édifice où les chambres n’étaient pas rénovées. Vieux tapis, senteur de renfermé… par contre l’homme à la réception était très gentil et c’est ma décision d’avoir préféré être dans des chambres plus rapprochées. De plus vu notre arrivée tardive, il n’y avait pas de navette de l’aéroport et on a dû payer 50$ pour se rendre à l’hôtel…

wow ! Une super belle place !! Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Les chambres sont propres. Elles ont tous un frigo et un coffre fort ! C'est vraiment pratique. Le stationnement est sécuritaire et il est devant l'hôtel. Je le recommande fortement.

I booked this hotel for two main reasons, one was having an airport shuttle. Hotel is only 15 minutes from airport, but we couldn’t get a shuttle and would have to wait an hour for one. Had to pay for a cab, very disappointed.

Our room was old and outdated. Pillow cases didnt fit the pillows. Bathroom/shower horrible and very old. Our room was nothing like the pictures on Expedia. Casino is very small and only a couple table games. Breakfast was supposed to be included and they said it wasn't and charged us. Food was ok. Front desk said i had a room with 2 beds and i had to look up my reservation to prove i was getting king size. Overall i will not stay here again.

The property is nice but very empty there is not a lot of people which made me very nervous and uncomfortable staying here . I was the only one at the pool everyday . It felt like a ghost town.

- Historically it was probably a 5 star but its an aging 3 star at best now. - Shower is at very low height,No light in the shower , extremely dark, took shower in dark - Went to jacuzzi, no light , not turned on, got out and went to reception and asked for help, they said that a technician is coming to fix it, waited for half an hour but no one showed up...jacuzzi tiles and filters broken with dangerous open holes. - Breakfast okayish - Washroom spots of mold on the shower line - Slowest internet/mostly didnt even work in the room, to use wifi went to main lobby - Insects (a big bug and many small flies) in washroom - Bed was horrible- felt like sleeping on a spring

The hotel is really old, and you can tell by just getting into the rooms. If your reservation doesn't come with breakfast included, prepare yourself to purchase the most expensive breakfast EVER. I deeply regret buying it. Go outside: is better and cheaper.

I overnighted at this property to be closer to the airport after a week of touring Costa Rica. I didn’t have time to use many facilities, but the check in was quick. Room was a bit far from the lobby. Welcome letter and dessert was appreciated. It was convenient that the hotel offered complimentary airport shuttle, which operated every hour beginning 5am.

The front desk was not very warm which was off because everywhere else everyone was so kind. I was excited I was staring at a hotel bc my phone screen went blank and had no phone access so was sure I would get help from the hotel staff at check in but they didn’t seem to care to help me make local calls or anything. At one point there was only one person at the check in… he was overwhelmed and hung up the phone on me when I called to ask for towels since my room didn’t have any. I had to go to the front and get my own towel which he then gave me a pool towel and didn’t even apologize for his poor behavior. Lady who checked me out at 4 Am on April 28th was amazing I wish she was the one who helped me check in. There was a market 10 min walking distance which was great since I only spent 1 night and needed a few things. The steak at Quattro resto on site was amazing and so was the waiter. No answer on the phone for customer service, for room service, or from the restaurants on site I had to go.

I had to unexpectedly book this hotel as I had a flight delay in San Jose Costa Rica. Several factors influenced my decision. The photos in the app appeared nice and I've typical had good results through Expedia with photos matching the property. I also chose it specifically because there was an airport shuttle included. After waiting an hour and not seeing a shuttle I called the property directly. I was told that they had a shuttle but that it must be reserved 24 hours in advance. They offered to send a taxi. When the "taxi" arrived, it was a Wyndham Shuttle bus however charged me $25. I was told I'd have to do the same upon my return to airport. After arriving at the hotel I waited 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. It took an additional 40 minutes just to check in. The hotel is very run down and the pics on the app site must be from 30 years ago. There was no furniture at the pools. The pools were full of dirt. The bathroom in my room had mold everywhere. There were water stains from cups on the counters that had not even been wiped. The floor was so dirty that I didn't want to take my shoes off. The mattress was so worn you could see the springs through the comforter. The alarm clock in the room didn't work. I had an early flight and tried to ask for a wakeup call and was informed that they would only do it if I downloaded an app.My phone was damaged and I couldn't use it to do that or for an alarm. There were bugs in the bed.

The staff service was exceptional. They were able to get us a room at 5am after a flight cancelation, and advised a shuttle was on the way to get us. Upon checking in, the room we were given was outdated with thin low quality sheets, an old crusty couch, stained curtains and carpet. We picked this location for the pool but it was scummy but they were working on one of them. We were going to leave but they upgraded us to a suite. This room was much better and had higher quality linens including a duvet. This was fine for our unexpected 2 day stay.
