You will not be disappointed with the views. I was apparently their first rental since putting this unit on the platform so there were some issues that distracted from the overall experience but nothing that would cause concern. Had those issues not been present it would have been a five-star stay. But as it was, I feel it's fair at 4.Some of these minor issues were with the organization and appearance of the home. Other things like a missing ceiling fan remote, broken ceiling fan and lights, dead batteries in an AC remote, food left over in the refrigerator. All things that are minor. It's a great stay once you figure out the quirks of the property (which house it is, where the keys are, wait 5 minutes after turning on hot water to get hot water in the shower). It's not far from downtown San Juan del Sur however if you plan on walking it it's a very steep walk up. I fully expect these issues to be remedied for the next person to have an extraordinary experience and stay.
