The positives- great location in the city, beautiful home. The two bathrooms are located in the bedrooms, so if you have someone using the third bedroom like we did, very awkward layout. The owner never told us the city did not have water before our arrival due to a water main break. They left us with six liters of water for six people to flush toilets etc. when I reached out they told me to order water for delivery myself and they would pay me pack, which at least they did that. The owners did nothing to rectify the issue. I understand it wasn’t under their control, but they could have told us, provided us ample water etc. instead they teased a refund for weeks and ultimately did nothing. Under normal circumstances, the house would be a great place to stay, but the customer service was lacking in a major way.
