The apartment was great beautiful view. The communication with the host was on point. We enjoy the view from every corner the balcony the sunrise was beautiful for sure if you’re looking for something more private this is the place.

Such a perfect apartment in the heart of Luquillo! There is an ocean view from every window, and the balcony is a lovely place to relax. Rios was great with communication, texting us check-in instructions and things to do during our visit. We traveled with our toddler and Rios provided a crib for him. It was also nice to have an elevator with our stroller. The apartment was spotless and the air conditioning worked very well (a must in July). The main Luquillo beach was under 10 minutes away by car, and Rios provided beach chairs, an umbrella, and towels. Highly recommend this apt, we’d love to stay here again.

The view alone, is worth the stay! The cleanliness, proximity of bars and restaurants and being steps from the beach are a mega bonus! Very clean and lovely decorated. Many extra amenities like beach chairs, cooler, folding chairs, and laundry, among others! Perfect stay!

Loved our stay. The room was clean and bed was really comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Property grounds was beautiful. Pool was incredible. Close to town but far enough to be relaxing quiet. Food was excellent. Beach was rocky but great view.

The apartment was amazing. It’s very modern, clean and everything needed was there. The view from inside and on the balcony was amazing. Outside a little check-in confusion the place was one of the best I’ve stayed in.

First thing we noticed once entering the condo was the cleanliness. Next, the balcony had an unobstructed view of the ocean, which was very relaxing. The condo was equipped with all the essentials. The host was very attentive and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

Beautiful quiet apartment with amazing view

This was an amazing experience for puerto rico. The process was easy and we had pretty much the entire beach to ourselves. Highly recommend if you want a relaxing quiet vacation.

The apartment was very nice with everything we needed. The beach was gorgeous and the food in the area was excellent. My only suggestion is to get a better mattress.

This unit has beautiful views. It is well maintained and has everything we need. Rafael is very responsive. The complex shows age, but security is always available and also helpful. We would definitely book this property again.
