Pros: Area is great, there is a bodega across the street and a must try food truck next door, 20 minute walk from escambron beach and old San Juan. Staff was mostly friendly. Pool is open 24 hrs. Parking lot is large and easily accessible.
Cons: Incredibly limited in-room facilities, no microwave and no hair dryer. You have to walk half a block away to get into a building where you can use a microwave. Good luck getting a hot shower, on demand water heater rapidly changes from boiling hot water to ice cold. Bathroom door was missing a handle and you could see straight inside the bathroom from the outside. You need to text for house keeping, which would be fine but during our 5 day stay we asker for house keeping twice and they did not show up either time. We had to ask the front desk for trash bags to take out our trash ourselves, also asked for a broom which they refused to give us. Didn’t apologize for lack of housekeeping service. Key pad system to enter and lock room didn’t work properly.
