« This was a perfect little spot for a family of four. We explored Santa Cruz and the beaches and also all of the surrounding areas. It’s a no frills and comfortable, clean spot to post up. « 1. Trouble accessing lockbox. Owner was available to talk me thru it. More instructions needed, as not all lockboxes work the same way 2. No heat! With 40’s temp, I was very cold and the heater did not work. After another phone call to the owner, discovered fuse for unit had been turned off. 3. Coffee makers but no coffee! »
