« It is set out as a Luxury apartment but can't really qualify as such. It is nice, but quite noisy as it is right next to a restaurant with live music. Also quite smelly from all the restaurants' grey water just flowing into the lake outside the windows. The bathroom is also very damp with mold on the walls. Everything else was good though, and the hosts were very responsive. »

« I booked the Dubai Room mid March for 2 nights. I got there and the room smelled strongly of mildue and was very moist. Water was pouring in through the door because it is not designed correctly when it rains. The staff was accommodating and moved me to the New York room which was a 10/10. « First off, I will highlight the good. The location of this place is PERFECT and the view is absolutely spectacular.The host was also extremely friendly and helpful. Now for the bad. He is a scammer, asked us to pay him cash because according to him he had not received payment from Vrbo/HomeAway and our pending charge on our credit card would be removed. He charms you with good customer service and seems trust worthy but DO NOT GIVE HIM CASH! We've been trying to get a refund for almost a year now and Vrbo hasn't done anything about it either! « This place is across the street from the biggest party place in San Pedro. There is also an air hockey machine right outside the bedroom window that people played at any hour. I left early and found a quieter hotel.
