Nos appartements pour week-ends à louer à San Pedro La Laguna

« Todo bien la estadia gracias »

« Nice place »

« Overall extremely poor. Construction littered the property, loud bangs and tools served as an alarm clock at 6am until the afternoon. Check in took long as the Vrbo listing address takes you very far from where the house actually is and communication proved to be difficult as well. Also lack of direction with garbage leading to a strong odor »

« I booked the Dubai Room mid March for 2 nights. I got there and the room smelled strongly of mildue and was very moist. Water was pouring in through the door because it is not designed correctly when it rains. The staff was accommodating and moved me to the New York room which was a 10/10. I do not recommend booking the Dubai suite but other rooms are a must. Manager is super nice and he acknowledged the issue. Front desk lady was somewhat passive aggressive about it she tried to deny the...

« First off, I will highlight the good. The location of this place is PERFECT and the view is absolutely spectacular. The host was also extremely friendly and helpful. Now for the bad. The place is what I would call a “landlord special”. It’s in horrible condition. The shower was broken and leaking so bad that it here were about six towels on the floor keeping the bathroom from flooding. When we arrived, the floor was not clean — it was covered in dirt, hair, crumbs, etc. The furniture, the doors,...

« Do not know where to start. WE PREPAID when we registered, but the owner said we needed to make another full. There were only two plates, no cutting knives, the glasses had sticky goo all over them, the stove did not work, there was no drinking water available. The couch is a very very old futon that looks like it has been picked off the street. The front door knob came off the second time we used it (it was loose and was about to fall off when we arrived). The owner tried to make us pay for the...

« I loved every minute of my stay at luxury atitlan everyone was so nice and friendly, juanita thank you for everything, check in was such a smooth process and it looks exactly like the pictures the views were viewing, the location was perfect everything right outside the gate, you had everything you can ask for, i will definitely stay here again on my nxt visit to san pedro. »

« It is set out as a Luxury apartment but can't really qualify as such. It is nice, but quite noisy as it is right next to a restaurant with live music. Also quite smelly from all the restaurants' grey water just flowing into the lake outside the windows. The bathroom is also very damp with mold on the walls. Everything else was good though, and the hosts were very responsive. »

« Host was wonderful, easy check-in and check-out process. Clean space, but accommodation did not include TV as pictured. Did not completely meet expectations as in pictures. However, views are beautiful! »

« This place is across the street from the biggest party place in San Pedro. There is also an air hockey machine right outside the bedroom window that people played at any hour. I left early and found a quieter hotel. The shower hot water didn’t work, and the toilet stopped having running water- the front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful, the owner was difficult and unpleasant. »

« Nice property located very close to the pier and the shore. If you’re a light sleeper, this may not be the best location to stay. We were given earplugs on arrival but we didn’t need them, we were able to sleep well with the music. Internet was ok, most of the time unstable signal. We ended going to nearby restaurants with Starlink to complete some work. Our room was clean, nicely decorated, spacious and with beautiful views of the lake. The Staff were friendly and always available to answer our...

« It was a pure scam I booked a villa and was given a room under construction It was discussing The people renting ir waited until i could not canceled it and said tgey haf some plumbing issues abd 2ere going to give us a better suite »

« If you do stay in one of the properties this guy owns do NOT give him cash! He is a scammer, asked us to pay him cash because according to him he had not received payment from Vrbo/HomeAway and our pending charge on our credit card would be removed. He charms you with good customer service and seems trust worthy but DO NOT GIVE HIM CASH! We've been trying to get a refund for almost a year now and Vrbo hasn't done anything about it either! Will be reporting them to the BBB as well because they...
