« Avoid avoid avoid. I stayed here for 1 night with my wife, 2 kids and old man. The next morning the electricity and water was out. Perfect, if you like the "I've been sweating all day and all night" look and smell. To make matters worse the air-conditioning was weak and failed to keep the room cool, it's undersized for the room. Stay elsewhere. »

« We didn’t interact with the staff much during our stay but when we did, they were very polite and courteous. Unfortunately, the room was quite small and the bathroom cramped. We were only provided with two bath towels and no hand towels or face cloths. We also only had one roll of toilet paper (you can request more if you need it). The room wasn’t filthy but it did leave a lot to be desired (there was a spider web in the shower that looked like it had been there for a long time). We only stayed...

« The booking was after 7:00 PM and the hotel manager made time to show the entire home room by room, explain the amenities, and walk the grounds to enhance the experience. The tour included a detailed list of local attractions including Angeles City, local fresh food market, options for transportation, and the massive SM Mall. « This is not first time we stayed at this hotel, it’s the convenience that we keep on coming back. However we noticed that it’s declining. The unit itself needs maintenance. It smells . I think it’s coming from sewer. There was no hot water. These are important factors. Please address maintenance issues »

« We had a lot of 2 large luggage and 4 carry ons when we arrived at the front, but there was no help until we stepped inside the building. The security and guest associate just looked at as and at least opened the glass doors. My mother is elderly also she struggles to walk on her own, so my priority was her safety. Everything else is great, perhaps a bit of critical thinking from the staff wouldve made this review a 5 star. »
