« The unit was just like the picture, everything was comfortable (bed, couch, bar stools). The view was awesome and just a short walk to the beach area (8 min). You could walk or take a uber/lift to shopping and restaurants and walk back. Nothing was too far, with 15-20 min walk. Communication was great, when I had questions before and during the stay the property management company responded quickly. I would absolutely stay there again. »

« Easy communication with Cathy, and a stunning place to stay! Perfect size, and great price for my hubby and I to stay the last couple nights of our trip. Added parking, much cheaper than anywhere else we looked, and perfect location to wander anywhere downtown. Super comfy bed, cute decor, and the extra added touches of beach chairs, beach towels, and beach umbrella made beach days a breeze Thank you Cathy! »

« Property is clean and welcoming. Nice amenities like electric kettle, toaster, microwave, small fridge. Check in instructions were perfect and checking in took less than 5 minutes. Building is safe and nice. Host was very communicative and ensured everything was to my satisfaction. Parking was reasonably priced and secure in a garage. Would definitely stay here again. »

« I appreciated my stay - the internet was great, the AC unit was quiet as was the area surprisingly for being downtown Waikīkī, the space was a perfect amount for me, and the blinds on the windows were awesome! They work better than the ones I have at home!The fridge was smaller but perfect for a couple meals and drinks.The Pacific Monarch does have washers/dryers available on site but I did have to exchange cash for quarters to be able to use those facilities - luckily the front desk was more...

« Perfect stay, perfectly clean, bed was comfortable. Centrally located, food trucks were great and so was the restaurant downstairs. Great stay with beautiful views! »

« The room and amenities are as advised, communications with owner were quick and acurate. Nothing else to say, except that some furnitures (dresser, hair dryer, clock) and fixtures need obvious repair. This was signaled to owner, and hopefully will be fixed. But this did not impact our stay and appreciation of the appartment »
