« The units best selling point is simply its location! That and check in was incredible easy and the people were fantastic. Finally, the unit was clean although dated I was very happy with its cleanliness. The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. The shower is tiny and our family of three made it thru one hot shower before water was cold. If we came back to CP I’d stay here again simply because the location can’t be beat for an overnight stay. »

« The kitchen light couldn’t find the light switch the bathroom light kept going off when trying to shower which left you in dark. No drainer for dishes.No grill as listed couldn’t turn on air only heat. So house was hot in the daytime »

« Our family stayed here for a night while traveling to DC to celebrate the 250th Independence Day. The house was clean and we found everything was accurately described in the listing. The host was friendly and quick to respond, and provided many suggestions for local activities. We grilled burgers and enjoyed walking around the property—seeing fish in the river, fireflies in the yard, as well as deer and raccoons on the opposite river bank first thing in the morning. If we are ever in the area...
