„We had a wonderful few days here! The house was very clean and well-stocked for a family of four - cozy, nostalgic beach house feel, as we could tell from the pictures, but charming and comfortable. And the beach just outside the door was so quiet and beautiful, we spent most of our time on the porch or beach, soaking up the sun. Perfect stay!“

„The check in was simple, with a code for the lockbox. The cottage was clean and had all we needed. It was great to have newer appliances, such as washer/dryer, and dishwasher. The water pressure was great. We were just a few steps back from the beach, and the sunsets and sun rises were incredible. The minor negatives were a loud a/c (although we were relieved to have that this week!), and a mattress that was a little soft for this old body. All in all, we loved it and hope to return next year!! “

„Unit was very clean and comfortable. But there wasnt any body washing soap in unit just liquid hand soap. Also was a bit warm in unit even though it says AC available but unable to bring temperture below 73 degrees..“

„The home was perfect for our stay in cape cod. The fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs. The home was very clean and had some bonus snacks laid out for us. Plenty of towels and beach chairs for the beach. Also the lake was really nice and just down the road. Would definitely recommend!“

„The cottage was very nice, the beach was beautiful. I would go there again except my husband has been ill and it was very hard for him going up the sand dune, and not seeing ocean/ water from the house was disappointing but not a deal breaker. I wish that the dune information was made available.“

„This property was perfect - right on the beach, near to everything in Sandwich, easy to get on Rt 6 to explore other towns, plenty of room for our family and especially appreciated 2 bathrooms! Beds and casual seating were very comfortable, a/c kept the unit perfectly cool on some really hot days, and plenty of room to sit and eat and watch TV, do jigsaw puzzles, play board game. Property staff helpful, responsive, and pleasant. Would definitely rent again. “

„The host Nicole was great, the property and beach access were excellent. The only problem was that the internet was down for the entire stay. After speaking with several neighbors this lack of internet seemed to be this property only. My host Nicole stated that it would be resolved. The internet was never resolved and we ended up leaving a day early because my wife needed to work remotely for her job, we got tired of using a hotspot with spotty reception. Overall highly recommend this property ...

„This spot is the perfect spot for a beach trip. The cottage is cozy and perfect for game night. The outdoor shower is a dream after a hot day at the beach. Grill works great and was perfect to cook the fish we caught on a charter out of Hyannis. There’s a small beach within walking distance- no need to load up the car unless you want to go to one of the bigger beaches. We loved collecting shells and swimming there. Water shoes were a must since there are so many sharp shells. Wonderful memories ...

„The place is exactly as described. Very clean and well stocked. The AC works great and the hot tub is refreshing. It’s about a half mile walk to the public beach entrance. My only advice to future renters: download the check-in information before you arrive (the cell service is really bad there, so you’ll need the wifi to do anything). Also, if you’re planning to use the sofa bed, bring your own blankets. What’s provided is not sufficient for an adult. “

„This listing caught my attention while I was browsing for last-minute getaways on the Cape. The check-in and check-out processes were faultless. The accommodations were clean and cozy. The proximity to the beach was an added benefit. You are so close to Main Street and local attractions. We walked to the Hyannis harbor to grab the ferry to Nantucket. We also had dinner at Tugboats, which was just a 10-minute walk from the house and was exceptional.“

„I’ve stayed here multiple times with my family of four (7 yo/5 yo) and we love the area - beach backyard, close to good restaurants in Sandwich, we even brought kayaks for paddling through the channel at the end of the road. Plenty of space for everyone in the house and kids love the spiral staircase. We love the Cape!“

"Unser "Montags"Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und der kleine Balkon mit Sonne am Nachmittag war prima. Das Frühstück hat ns auch gut gefallen. Der Inhaber hat uns sehr nett empfangen u d ei ige Tips gegeben. Das Bistro ist wirklich ein Feinschmeckerrestaurant. Wir dort das beste Essen in den USA gegessen. Nicht so toll war das duschen, weil wir dazu in eine Badewanne mit ca. 50cm breitem Rand klettern mussten. Es gab nichts zum festhalten. Ältere Menschen könnten Probleme haben in den Wanne zu kommen. "

"Leider sind die Zimmer in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und wenig gepflegt. Es war alles andere als sauber, in einem Appartement war Schimmel, unseres hatte einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch. Das Frühstück war jedoch sehr gut und abwechslungsreich, das Personal hat alles sofort aufgefüllt, wenn etwas aufgebraucht war."
