Summer chalet in the urbanization of Sa Coma in the east of Mallorca, with large terraces and capacity for 6 people.
Guests can enjoy a dip in the 6.6 x 3.4 meters sized chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.1 to 1.7 meters. Surrounded by a terrace with seven sun loungers, it's a nice spot for sunbathing or reading a book. An exterior shower and a parasol are available. If you fancy cooking outside, you can use the barbecue. The furnished porch invites for large family dinners al fresco. The plot is fenced and as this house is in a quiet urbanization, there are next-door neighbors.
The terrace gives access to the cozy living room with satellite TV (German, English and Spanish channels). The kitchen is well equipped, offering vitro top, electric oven, utensils and dishwasher. The laundry is very complete and comes with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The house counts with two bedrooms with a double bed each and two more with a single bed. All of them have wardrobe, fan and terrace views. If traveling with a child, we prepare a cot and a highchair without additional cost. There are two bathrooms, one with bathtub and bidet and the second one with shower. Both come with an electric heater. This beautiful villa offers air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room.
A 15-minute walk leads you to the sandy beach of Sa Coma and the promenade with bars, restaurants and shops. If you walk a few minutes more, you will reach the other beach in the area, called S'Illot. Caves of the Drach with its famous underground lake are less than 10 km and the zoo safari is a 15-minute drive away. The Canyamel Golf Club and Capdepera Golf are about 20 km away. The city of Manacor is famous for being the birthplace of tennis player Rafa Nadal and has many shops and restaurants. A car is not necessary but recommended, especially if you plan to explore the island.
