« This is one of the best locations in Long Beach! Literally steps from all of the best restaurants and shops in Belmont Shore/2nd street. The property came with everything you would need, full kitchen, nice sized bathroom and the most comfortable bed ever (I need to know what brand the mattress is!). Overall I highly recommend. The price is right and you’ll save money on ride share being in such a great location. »

« A work based visit for a team member and I.The location was perfect for access to OC and LA both, without a city/busy feel. Downtown Santa Ana is great and has coffee and shops within walking distance. Check in was extremely easy, receiving codes and details a few hours before check-in. The secure garage was a plus and we felt very safe knowing only residents of the building had access. There was a nice gym and lobby area for the building as well. « Our adult family stayed at the property for a week and would stay here again! We were very happy with the cleanliness and the place overall and the bathrooms and kitchen were updated and new. While Balboa is not the quietest place in the morning, the windows were the best we’ve experienced at keeping the plane noise out. We appreciated the waters and snacks the host provided. Thanks! »
