„Wow! We just had an incredible stay at the BOHO House in Hope Ranch. Meghan was an attentive, super host! Our home away from home was chic with impeccable design and comfort. „I booked this location for a small get together with a few friends and we had a great time. The location is phenomenal and was really just what I had in mind. „Very cozy and comfortable...it's on the small side, so was great for this trip, since I was traveling solo. Neighborhood is convenient to the freeway, but still nice and quiet. It doesn't have windows, other than in the door, so it doesn't have views or lots of sunlight, but is a great place as a basecamp in S.B.“

„We greatly enjoyed our stay at this Santa Barbara house with the grassy backyard and patio, perfect for outdoor dining. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, just a short drive from Hendry's Beach and the yummy Boathouse restaurant in one direction and downtown, wharf, and zoo in the other. The house was comfortable with great decor, well stocked with dishes/cookware in good condition and very clean but could have used minor repairs to the kitchen faucet (clogged head and neck wouldn't swivel) ...

„Fantastic stay- the location near downtown is probably the most outstanding feature for this large house- lots of fun: bikes, ping pong, basketball! The layout functions almost like two separate units which was PERFECT for us since we had two families staying together— allowing for some separation and privacy. Thanks for a great stay. “

„We stayed here two nights while attending a charity event in summerland. The house is very clean and well cared for. The house is exactly what you see in the photos. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen is well appointed with anything you may need. We had a dog with us, so we spent a lot of time outdoors in the backyard. It is really relaxing with beautiful mature trees. If you want to spend time in Summerland or Montecito this house is the perfect location. It is right in the middle ...

"Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit, hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Auch der tolle Außenbereich mit Teich und Pool ist sehr schön. Ein ganz ganz ganz besonderes Lob möchte ich der Dame beim Frühstücksbuffet geben. Es ist Wahnsinn wie sie das alleine im Griff hat, sie ist wirklich ein sehr herzlicher Mensch, unglaublich fleißig und macht das Frühstück zu einem sehr positiven Erlebnis. Besonders gefallen hat mir, dass es Tische im Außenbereich gibt. Das war toll. Ein in n out Burger ist übrigens fußläufig erreichbar, das hat die Abende nett gemacht."

"Betten bequem, alles sauber, Personal sehr freundlich, Fahrräder 7 Gang frei für eine kleine Tour, Frühstück ok mit gutem Kaffee und leckerem OSaft, beides keine Plörre. Reicht für den Start. Aber sauteuer am Wochenende 450€ die Nacht… aber so ist es halt… ansonsten alles Topp!"
