« We came to LA for a 6 days vacation stay. We really appreciated the apartment/house with much light, space, a deck to take meals and relax, air conditioning, easy parking in front of the house in a very quiet and beautiful environment. When we did not want to cook, we enjoyed a few meals outside in Old Pasadena, close by (by car), very nice with shops and restaurants (we appreciated Russell's restaurant for the good quality/price ratio and relaxed environment). « Our son is at Gnomon, a college specializing in animation and computer aided design in the heart of Hollywood. Our stay at this lovely one bedroom apartment high in the hills but only 10 minutes or less from our son was absolutely perfect. We love to hike and less than 200 yards from this place was a trail that led down to the Hollywood reservoir or up to Mulholland drive. The view was lovely, the night air cool and the surroundings tranquil. one couldn't ask for anything more. »

« This is our second time staying at this location. I cannot emphasize how amazing the location is, especially if you are visiting Warner Bros., Universal Studios, or Hollywood. The location is extremely quiet and safe, stores and restaurants are close by, and the drive to Universal is less always quick. The apartment is updated and lovely as well. »

« I chose this for its location - approximately 3 blocks from my dad's home, and conveniently close to Starbucks and the regional library! The parking situation was a little challenging and I was glad I didn't have a car to juggle with a very busy street to pull out on. The room itself was lovely and the bathroom was great. The kitchen situation, with all appliances plugged into an outlet strip, was not the safest. I'm glad the fridge and microwave worked! »

« We drove down to N Hollywood from Idaho to attend a taping of a comedy show at the El Portal theater and visit relatives that live in the area. The pictures don't to the Villa justice, it definitely exceeds the pictures. It is a quaint place that is very comfortable. Located in an established neighborhood it is close to everything you could want. Great food and good entertainment. »
