I had some trouble with the gate, but I think it was partially "User error", and Gabriel responded immediately. I was there with my adult children to celebrate my mother's 90th birthday. « The house is just like all the pictures and in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Property shows the owners take pride in this property. Kitchen is equip with high quality pots and pans. BBQ is great and we used the jacuzzi everyday. I highly recommend this home for a wonderful stay in Santa Cruz. The owners are easy to contact and we loved our weekend visit. »

« I was in charge of booking a small home in Scott's Valley for a non-profit board that I serve on and lucked out with Jerry's property. The home was easy to get to, looked exactly like the listing, was extremely clean. Jerry was a welcoming host and graciously allowed us an early check in and late check out. The indoor/outdoor spaces were very appreciated by my little group. I would recommend this home! »

« I would have totally given this place 5 stars. The beds were old and uncomfortable and there wasn't a "list" of items that were damaged. I spent the first few taking pictures of damages we did not do. The rest of the the time I giggled about stepping back in time in this bungalow. It had everything we needed and the short walk to the village was awesome. It was perfect for my family. »

« This place is pretty nice and cute, and has a great location. It's a bit tight on space, but we knew that going in. My main complaint is that the fold-out couch in the living room is very fragile. It has instructions about how to pull it out gently, etc., which we followed; but no matter how careful we were, the fold-out part always collapsed after a few minutes of light usage. So we told our son to sleep on the other half of it, which is the main couch part. The place also gets pretty hot...
