Hôtel à l'infrastructure vieillotte et rouillée. Chambre quelconque et le ménage n'est fait que tous les trois jours. Loin du centre et parking squatté tous les soirs par des camionneurs qui jouent au foot.... Environnement bruyant.

I want to complain about this hotel,it was short staffed and I'm handicapped and there were no sheets or blankets for the sofa sleeper in the suite we had! My mother in law and Sister are all seniors and have arthritis per it being very difficult,I'm very disappointed in my time there. Sincerely Debra Oskins

This property had individuals doing drugs outside near our room. I have small children and they were scared to stay there. We checked out. Andrew at the front desk however was very accommodating and kind.

The rooms were ok. They didn’t clean them while we were there, or offered more clean towels or toilet paper. Building was quite old and unkept.

The room was clean and adequate. The outside of the building is filthy. We were on the 2nd floor with our little dog and the stairway closest to our room was blocked off. The breakfast did not have the variety as at other LaQuintas. We will not stay at the Sante Fe LaQuinta again.

I am extremely dissatisfied. We stayed at this hotel (La Quinta) on April 26-28, 2024. I booked and prepaid 13 rooms via Expedia. During my stay at the hotel, La Quinta charged for 2 of the rooms that I had booked and paid for already via Expedia. As a result La Quinta charged $326.44 to my credit card.During my stay I asked twice for a reimbursement from the La Quinta personnel and I still haven’t been reimbursed for two rooms La Quinta charged me for even though I had prepaid them via Expedia. I am extremely dissatisfied.

There was no WiFi for the 4 nights and 5 days stay. We were only informed that WiFi is not available upon check in . There was no proper disclosure of WiFi issues when booking or room reservation in Expedia app. Room towels are changed and room cleaning are done every 3 days. The Inn has only double beds that are not convenient for a couple. Carpets need to be replaced. The smell triggers my asthma. Very disappointed with our stay!

I am very sorry to say but this La Quinta Inn was dirty and old and really needs a complete make over. The floors and carpets are just plain dirty and old. I was informed when I got there, after pre-paying, that the WiFi was not working. WiFi was critical for my visit to Santa Fe on this trip. There was no cleaning service. No one checked my room or changed anything the four days I was there. It was the poorest hotel experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. In fact, I would tell people not to go under any circumstances.

The property was dirty and warm. Broken glass in the parking lot. Generally in a state of poor repair and maintenance. Will not chose to stay again and question other locations.

The rooms were nice but the property is very run down. We had to climb stairs to our rooms. Im 62 my husband 75...not convenient. The staff was very friendly

Probably wouldn’t stay here. I was in a pinch. It’s a very congested area with heavy traffic property was OK on the inside however, the outside was dirty. I had my dog and there was really nowhere for her to go potty. I would read this property is average at best.
