The house's outdoor area is designed to make the most of the good weather. You'll find a pleasant private saltwater pool, ideal for cooling off on warmer days, as well as several terraces where you can eat, dine, or simply relax outdoors. There's also a lovely porch, perfect for relaxing in the shade, reading quietly, or spending time with friends. The garden completes the picture with a wonderful spot for sunbathing and enjoying the Mediterranean atmosphere.

The house is distributed on a single floor, where you'll find all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and practical holiday. The living-dining room is spacious and comfortable, with enough room to gather and relax. The kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, offers everything you need for daily life. There's also a separate laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

The house has four bedrooms: three with double beds and one with a single bed, an ideal layout for families or small groups. It also has two bathrooms with showers. For added comfort, the house is equipped with air conditioning, fireplaces, and electric radiators. If you are traveling with a baby, we can also provide a crib and highchair.
