« Awesome tiny house with all of the amenities that you could possibly need. Remote feel but close to town. Amazing views and impeccably clean. Staci’s place is amazing and we would love to visit again. Love the nice touch of the sparkling water, pitcher of cold water and of course the smore fixings. Thank you Staci for hosting us. »

« Great mountain home for families or friends. Plenty of rooms, even a fun playroom/bedroom for the tykes. Downstairs has pool table and darts and big TV. Upstairs with main floor, kitchen, dining, living and fireplace (lots of firewood available). Just a couple of hours north of LA, very convenient. Short walk to small community town for dining and small grocery. Lots of hiking nearby - we suggest hikes #6 and #1 on the property’s hiking map (on the coffee table). Appliances are new and modern....

« The Little Brave House is a spare cabin. The description was a bit unclear about how minimal the amenities are. There is a propane heater which we did not use as we were instructed to bring our own propane. We understood that there would be electricity. Upon arrival, we could not turn on lights. We contacted the owner through VRBO and were told about a switch in the electrical unit. I’m not sure we would have found that without a sign on the wall pointing it out. Yay! « This is such a special place. The Boho- a-frame is clean and they thought of so many things that are helpful to have on hand. It is a great location with easy access to beautiful parks and wildlife viewing! We loved our stay and hope to be back. »

« Pros: Cabin was really nice (new). The Host Lori was great and very responsive. Cons: Its a HOA community so there are restrictions such as no open fires allowed (even if its propane fire pit). You are only allowed to use the propane gas grill. Coffee machine had old water in the reservoir, kitchen sink was dirty, and the refrigerator was not clean. Cabin has no washer and dryer. Overall we had a good time. Its a nice place to visit if you just want hangout indoors. »

« It is very dirty, 2 out of 3 showers do not work, the sofas were broken/ripped and extremely dirty including the dining room chairs there were spiders and spider webs the rugs/sheets had stains and looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned the dishes available for us to use were not properly washed and dusty. The furniture is in poorly condition. Everything was just very dirty in general. »
