Thank you for your review. We do provide throws for the outdoor furniture to protect the pillows and cushions but being a light colour they do sometimes pick up dirt, especially if we have a sandstorm. We do clean these monthly but will endeavour to increase this frequency.

Brian, thank you for leaving a review. We’re always grateful to have feedback as it helps to make positive changes for our home and for future guests deciding to stay. However, we are disappointed that you felt the need to leave a negative review as we tried our best to resolve your concern at the time of the incident. We explained in our previous communication with you, the water pressure was an issue for the whole area due to extreme heat and high tourist demand. We contacted several neighbours, who are permanent residents, who sent us video evidence of the same issues you were experiencing. We forwarded this to you. We sent out plumbers and maintenance people, at our expense, to check the house pipework and water supply. They could find no issues. The fault was low pressure in the main supply. This was professional feedback, not guess work. Not only have we financially compensated you, which you accepted, but we tried to stay in contact with you throughout via email, text & phone. You didn’t respond. On the subject of storage. Each bedroom has a set of drawers situated inside the wardrobe which we believe offers ample storage. The wardrobes are proportionately large for each bedroom and ample for holidaying guests. The kitchen is a minimalist design and is fully equipped - a design which was provided by the architect during the build. We do have lots of images on the website which you will have seen prior to booking. It presents the style and layout of all rooms and clearly demonstrates what you will see on your arrival. This is our first negative review. We feel your comments are unjustified as they don’t fully relate to what we are providing or how we have supported you during your stay. We work extremely hard to ensure our home is a perfect getaway for our guests. We appreciate this was a frustrating time and we are sorry you felt the need to rate us so poorly for an issue that we weren’t personally responsible for. Stay safe.
